asterr259
A DDD Synchro!?!?!? I thought they gave up on these.... So Night Howling + a lvl 5? All I know is Chevalier and Pandora. However Cerberus' P-Effect can make NH level 4. But I don't really play D/D, so I don't know builds or usual plays go. Only 2 ways I can think of. Effect-wise, I can see it being used on other cards besides contracts.
The Warden
There's allegedly a new level 1 tuner, so you can use the 7s or a 3 and a 4 to make this guy.
Hexanort
uhh this is so bad in many ways....first its level 8, its quite ankward level to synch in d/d/d since you have to run pandora (which you shouldnt), or use cerberus effect, on howling+lillith, but if that's the case, its better to go caesar instead, since that protect your monster and searches covenant, or you can go nyarla -> azazoth too which lock monster effect it negate covenant effect, to prevent you taking burn i guess? which is already covered better with d'arc and leonidas, and when destroyed you gain LP per covenant.....yeah....d'arc is so much better in the covenant managing part.... i'd rather run blood mefist instead for a level 8.... Though I think Night Howling is the only level 3, unless there's a new one with these.

Hexanort
you use it to run unfair cards like mistake or vanity's without drawbck that work but still, i dont think its worth running those just for this, since they also hurt the deck, and if the synchro is fail/removed the floodgate would backfire, and its not that easy to summon too... the tuner isnt bad since it allow d/d/d to synch better without the night howling's restriction, worth trying i think rebuild can actually be useful to protect your covenant......but its not searchable due to its not being a covenant....and the banish recover isnt that good either....why cant they just make this a covenant then give it imperial custom clause.... Hexanort
i'm not sure about that covenant.....setting d/d as scale from grave/extra is nice but....is it worth searching the other covenants? which do more practical things....and d/d actualy easier to access while in grave since they can be easily revived, recycled or used fused from the grave... Depending on setup, this one is extremely strong.

It doesn't require a summon, but they can't be used as material. You are trying to complare a slow power method to a quick efficiency method. This allows you to more easily set pendulum scales, especially when you conside that newton exists.
