The Highlander
So how does it grave retrieval effect work with more than one monster with the lowest level in grave? It says add one with the lowest level, so you get to choose one that fits the limitation of having the lowest level.
Expelsword
It's not useless if it's not once per turn. In fact, it just screams abuse, but I'd be wary about paying huge swaths of life for mills that can potentially give you little.

IQuitDolphin
Holy sheet, mass mill Infernoids and add back dekatron Late to the party. Use this in Phantom Knights? Or Felgrand.
GarlandChaos
...Why can I picture this being used in Raccoons? 'Course, it'd probably be pretty sheet in there, but it's a Level 2 Beast, so there's a thing.

Kaiji
It should be OPT, Lightsworns specify a phase that meets their trigger to mill 3 without the phrase "once per turn" (unlike Kozmo DOGE Fighter) and it's understood that you don't mill your whole deck
Ryusei the Morning Star
Honestly safest to just wait for rulings?
evilfusion
I'm almost positive this is not going to be able to activate multiple times per turn, simply because the ATK boosts is permanent and it would be so abusable, even though it's ridiculously slow and has a 500 LP cost per time. Either the card text is going to say once a turn, or it's going to be ruled that way.

Blake
can we not jump to conclusions a la master key igknightim not saying this card will be non-OPT, but that's seriously not a fair example. The cards were worded differently in their initial reveals (both of them) than their release, and the original wording of the Igknights DID work with Key Beetle. IQuitDolphin
I mean, based on it's current wording, it CAN'T be OPT or unable to be activated multiple times. ex. Treeborn Frog.
Blake
I mean, I'll give that this could easily be another of Wicked Zebra/Yokoshimauma (the Scale 7 Lv. 2 Beast Pendulum, wasn't OPT on reveal), but as-is, it definitely isn't OPT. Psy-Framelord Omega and Kozmo DOG Fighter are clear exampels to the contrary. There are examples like LS and Kozmo Forerunner, but they're worded slightly differently from the former pair. Forerunner is, apparently, ruled to have its LP gain be a mandatory Trigger effect that's set to go off asap. Meanwhile, I'm not 100% sure on LS. Michael, for some reason, is apparently a condition for his mill, but little Minerva is a trigger. I'm inclined to believe they're just triggers in the same sense that Forerunner is. Treeborn isn't a great example, because it isn't on the board, making it a differnt type of effect. Like a different niche to it. This isn't a mandatory trigger effect, based on what we have. Furthermore, it seems that optional effects (Omega, DOG) can be used any time during the phase, so long as the timing is correct. It may very well simply boil down to optional v. mandatory decides which it is, and this falls into the former, given this logic.
GarlandChaos
just saw a video of someone break the hell out of this cardhttps://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pubRytD4icoI got a kick out of the fact that Archfiend of Gilfer and Cockroach Knight were used. Also, HOLD THE funking PHONE Is that BUNILLA in that cart? This card receives my highest level of yes. <

Slinky
No, it hasn't. Wiki is being dumb. There is no "1" in the first effect, which would be there if it was OPT.
Ryusei the Morning Star
If this card doesn't get an OPT, that's pretty indicative that KOJ R/D has lost it >:/
