Azuh
"Blue-Eyes White Dragon" + "Blue-Eyes White Dragon" + "Blue-Eyes White Dragon"The (1) effect of “Neo Blue-Eyes Ultimate Dragon” can only be activated twice per turn.(1) During the end of a Damage Step in which this Fusion Summoned card attacks, if this card is the only face-up card on your field: You can send 1 “Blue-Eyes” Fusion Monster from your Extra Deck to the Graveyard; this card can attack again.(2) When a card or effect targets a “Blue-Eyes” monster you control (and no other cards): You can banish this card from the Graveyard; negate that effect and destroy that card. Basically a dump all for Blue-Eyes for 3 massive 4500 attacks with some inbuilt protection if you remove other Neo Blue-Eyes from the game

Delibirb
Having to be your only face-up card hurts this a lot. A+ for Marketing though.

Send 1 fusion monster from your deck to to the graveyard and not the extra deck?Dude, have you not watched GX? People store Fusion Monsters in their main deck all the time. Maeriberii Haan
with how easy it is to summon vanilla BEUD, this shouldn't be that harder to summon. Loving these effects. First effect's condition is actually not that situational.

VCR_CAT
Wait, him being the only card on your field to fulfill its effect despite said effect being a triple-attack clause on a 4500 beatstick hurts this a lot? WHERE AM I?!??!! OH ALSO FUN FACT! This can send itself from the ED to grave, essentially granting itself target protection. The More You Know. Slinky
tbh, what hurts this, is that it doesn't explicitly say "This card can attack 3 times in the battle phase". It's just worded here that a single attack negator means rip. Would be much more effective to say: "If this card is the only face-up card on your field, this card can attack 3 times during the Battle Phase. If this card attacks more than once using this effect: Send 1 Fusion monster from your Extra Deck to your Graveyard.
vla1ne
if it had said (this card's name is always treated as blue eyes ultimate dragon) then it would have been a beautiful card to summon shining off of.

GarlandChaos
This thing majorly disappointed me. The blurb that was given before it was released made me think it would have a MUCH more grandiose effect than just "oh if im the only monster on my field i can just attack a lot of times durr". This is NOT how you live up to hype. I refuse to believe this is the final product.

VCR_CAT
Well, I guess I still need to step in then. This card is really strong. The triple attack clause isn't fantastic; I'll admit that needing it to have attacked successfully and being the only card on your field hold it back; but these are necessary drawbacks to a triple attack clause on a 4500 beatstick. Having it simply be an effect like what Dyson suggested makes this card kind of bonkers, considering that the multi-attacks can attack directly. In the case of negated attacks or attacks stopped short, the only real cards that stop attacks that are run in relevant decks lie in Electromagnetic Turtle, who ends the Battle Phase anyways; Menko, who turns them all into face-up Defense Position anyways; and Fog Blade, who negates the effects and stops it from attacking entirely anyways. Really, the only card that's widely used that will stop this in its tracks is Tri-Eyed Dice. But, that's fine because it's a triple attack clause on a 4500 beatstick. If they didn't make it restricted in having no other cards on the field, or being able to still attack anyways, then this card suddenly becomes grotesquely powerful and will more than likely start to look like a win-button. It being the only card on your field as a condition is necessary, considering that this removes not only the possibility of it being used with a second NBEUD, but also removes the possibility of using stat-boosting cards with it (bar Honest, and hoo boy on that) or anything like that. A little strict? Maybe, but it makes the effect a lot more airtight in the potential to abuse it. I'm saying all of this with Neo-New BEUD's ease of summon in mind; which is incredibly easy. BEWD is a highly searchable card with plenty of support in getting into the hand, on the field, or in the grave with additional monsters that can act as materials such as Alternative White Dragon. Not only that, but Dragons have access to Dragon's Mirror which turns this into a 1-card summon and that's not only incredibly easy but one helluva topdeck. I was still ignored in the fact that NBEUD's "Cost" for its additional attack can send itself, and if the confirmed effect follows through even similarly to this, then that means NBEUD can send another copy of itself to the Grave as well. This means that, with a copy of this in the grave and knowing that BEWD runs Gospel of Revival; this card suddenly has access to some very solid protection on itself. I mean, don't forget that this version of the card lacks any kind of nomi effect, and something like Beacon of White works with it. If the confirmed effect is even just this, this is going to be a very strong card. Easy to summon, strong effects on the field and solid utility with its typing and effects. It's very solid and yeah, whatever it doesn't work with Shining. It's still a very, very solid replacement for BEUD.

VCR_CAT
I was not saying this is a bad card, nothing of the sort. I was just expecting more. It's important to remember that often a card may seem underwhelming at first glance, and it's easy to write it off because its effect does not seem immediately incredible. But with what I know of how we reacted to Dinoster, or even my initial reactions to something like Hustle Rustle; it's very, very easy for us to misjudge a card based on what we see of its effect right off the bat. Keep in mind that this isn't going to have the difficulty to summon of something like, say, Quasar; and what you're getting in its effect for how pretty easy it will be to get out will be a lot more surprising than you may realize.
