With the same logic as what you guys are thinking about, you'd be able to use Xyzs as Level 0 non-Tuner Synchro Materials which just doesn't make sense. This card seems really slow though and idk, don't really think it's worth it. Also, and I may be wrong about this, but if you somehow had a card that changed (not increased or decreased, but physically replaced) the level of that monster, then you could Tune with it.
