Blake Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Brohunder is too-little-too-late. It's what they wanted, but what does it do for you the turn you summon it? Diddly. FurReknit is too slow/reviving a fur just isn't good enough ok it's own. Sure, it's a material, but you're not going to search this over Factory or Patchwork. Ukoback is what I expected. Gozuki is good, but has to compete with Uni-Zombie.Necrois seems meh. Synchro is awkward as funk. Deadly Sin is hilarious, solid card.this round of PP is amazing, whoa.wait for the rest of the fluffal stuffal Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Lee Cheng Men Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Ukobach is what the Darklords needed. Gozuki, hmm, I'll put it in my Vampire Deck... xd The Synchro..... Wow!! Number 70, yay, we finally getting Number 70! xD Frightfur Reborn was pretty cute, not only can revive Frightfurs (except Bear, Leo, Chimera), it's second effect synergies well with Fluffal Wings too! Darj Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Number 70: Deadly Sin... it keeps drawing my attention as a DARK/Insect generic 2-material Rank4, despite not looking as good IMO since the ATK boost is slow and conditional, and the banish effect brings the monster back too soon for my liking. Perhaps because it was so close to being good if its detach effect was a Quick Effect.Agreed, the Tuner Synchro looks strong. But, I guess an effect like that is what it takes to not be outclassed by Formula Synchron. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
玄魔の王 Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Consider for a moment that this pack has gone all the way back to GX to fill its Ranks, both to tie into current stuff and to make up for Arc-V actually releasing its stuff. I hope this becomes the new norm. Necroid I find hilarious because it can make Sifr, which means a 1-card 4k beater. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ryusei the Morning Star Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Effects are negated however. So while you can summon sifr, it's not the best option. Smarter play would be going for Stardust Dragon or Warrior which should be able to go to grave and shake off the condition Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Blake Posted November 18, 2016 Report Share Posted November 18, 2016 Wouldn't the EP effect Trigger?During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that would destroy a card(s) on the field: You can Tribute this card; negate the activation, and if you do, destroy it. During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. During either player's turn, if your opponent would Special Summon a monster(s): You can Tribute this card; negate the Summon, and if you do, destroy that monster(s). During the End Phase, if this effect was activated this turn (and was not negated): You can Special Summon this card from your Graveyard. If this card is destroyed by battle, or if this face-up card you control leaves the field because of an opponent's card effect: You can Special Summon 1 Level 8 or lower "Warrior" Synchro Monster from your Extra Deck. (This Special Summon is treated as a Synchro Summon.) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

VCR_CAT Posted November 19, 2016 Report Share Posted November 19, 2016 I mean, Necroid becomes a 1-card piece for Crystal or any other Accel-style summon. It's not terribly bad, but definitely could be better. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
notcleverusername Posted November 19, 2016 Report Share Posted November 19, 2016 Gozuki is good, but has to compete with Uni-Zombie.Necrois seems meh.Worth noting that because Gozuki can send itself (though not banish itself) if you can achieve prior setup via whatever dumping engine, you can have both it and Uni-Zombie.Of course, since its effects are hard OPT, this mainly just means it's an extra Normal Summon. Which is cute enough, I'd say.As far as it goes ideal is probably to dump Mezuki with this and then somehow grave it while another Zombie is in grave to field the Unizombie as well Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~~ Posted November 19, 2016 Report Share Posted November 19, 2016 I must say that I am rather glad that Brohunder is being panned, because for a second there I thought we had a Thunder stun deck, and I don't want people searching Denko on me. Gozuki has a similar name to Mezuki. zuki series, anyone? Sadly, it seems to do a very similar thing to Uni-Zombie, but without being a Tuner. Double Star Shaman kinda intrigues me. It feels like Goyo Defender for Fivelights/Lightshower, but I'm just not sure if I want that for my Paleozoics or not. For reference, I do run Lightshower and can get it out somewhat easily. Upon thinking about it, the reliance on Level 1 monsters to make it is what kills it for me. I only run 2 Level 1 Tuners, and 3 Level 1 non-Tuners, and I don't make Formula Synchron every game. Not worth the eDeck space. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
The Nyx Avatar Posted November 19, 2016 Report Share Posted November 19, 2016 Darklord Ukoback: It's alright. Not too sure if it's what Darklord wants. Gozuki: Nice! Now Mezuki has a partner to go with him in Zombie Decks. Necroid Synchro: It's a cute Synchro Summoning Spell Card. Celestial Double Star Shaman: Wow! They're actually going to release this? Oh. At least you can still Synchro Summon, but this effect has definitely been neutered from the original. Number 70: It's cute. Perhaps an alternative way to bring out the Rank 11 and higher Xyz. Brohunder: A card that would have been more useful to -hunder when they were more recent. Reborn: Cute recovery card, allowing you to recover banished cards on top of cards in your Graveyard. notcleverusername Posted November 20, 2016 Report Share Posted November 20, 2016 Side note but in regards to Unizombie/Gozuki conflict, I already mentioned how they don't actually have to conflict because you can use Gozuki's effect on the field to Spec the Unizombie from hand, but it's also worth noting you can use the Unizombie to discard the Gozuki Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
