Make a Synchro Monster Game (v. 2.0)

Except for the fact that we only have the original Hydride and this, but it's technically possible because original can treat itself as non-Tuner.
 
Phantom Knight King Hydride

(Also this wouldn't count as a PK card because in kanji instead of furigana/katakana like PK cards)

Must first be Synchro Summoned. You can only use the (3) effect of this card's name once per turn. (1) All monsters your opponent controls become Dragon-Type. (2) "Buster Blader" monsters you control cannot be targeted or destroyed by an opponent's card effects. (3) You can activate 1 of these effects:

- Special Summon 1 "Buster Blader" monster from your hand or Graveyard, ignoring summoning conditions. You must control no "Buster Blader" monsters to activate and resolve this effect.

- Target 1 "Buster Blader" monster you control; equip it with up to 2 "Destruction Sword" monsters from your hand and/or Graveyard.

 

So think of this as the LIGHT counterpart to Buster Dragon, or what happens if Buster Whelp didn't get corrupted or what happens after it gets purified. You decide how the story goes.

This card's Level cannot be changed, except by its own effect. This card gains 1 Level for every "Red" monster in your graveyard (max 12). If this card's current Level is 12, during your Main Phase 1, you can Tribute it, then Special Summon 1 "Red Nova Dragon" from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. If "Red Nova Dragon" would be banished, you can banish this card from your graveyard instead.

 

Red Nova needs the support.

Pendulum Effect - Once per turn, you can target 1 Pendulum monster on the field or face-up in your Extra Deck, and toss a coin: If Heads, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 1 higher than the target's Level/Rank, if Tails, this card's Pendulum Scale becomes 1 lower than the target's Level/Rank. If you Pendulum Summon 5 monsters of different Levels simultaneously, destroy all Spell/Trap Cards your opponent controls, and your opponent cannot activate the effects of cards destroyed this way until your next Standby Phase.

Monster Effect -

1 Tuner + 2 or more non-Tuner Pendulum monsters

When this monster is Synchro Summoned, your opponent must excavate the top 3 cards of their Deck, if possible: Destroy 1, add 1 to your hand, and shuffle the third back into your opponent's Deck (you can only activate this effect of "Quetzalcoatlum" once per turn). This monster can attack twice per Battle Phase. If this monster is destroyed, you must place it into an unoccupied Pendulum Zone, if possible.

(Uh yeah, most of the Japanese mythology stuff has been used, so Spirits get their own boss in the form of the first Japanese emperor; or least one after the Age of the Gods.)

You can only use the (2) and (3) effects of this card's name once per turn. (1) Cannot be destroyed by battle or card effects while you control a Token. (2) During either player's turn: You can Tribute 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster or a Token; banish up to 3 cards your opponent controls and/or in their hand. (The cards in the hand are chosen at random.) (3) If this card leaves the field: You can banish 1 "Mecha Phantom Beast" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon this card.
