Alright, first I'll mention that that's an older version of the list which you probably got from a previous quote and that Grand Mole's been banned and Cold Wave's only unlimited in the more newly updated one.

 

Banned:

 

4-Starred Ladybug of Doom: This's a potential +5 nuke which only counts your opponent's monsters. If we're not allowing a generic only-opponent monster nuke, there's really not much of a reason to allow this.

 

Cup of Ace: Sure, whenever you get Tails your opponent gets huge advantage, but it's Pot of Greed every time you get Heads. Why should lucksack duelists have access to Pot of Greed while more skilled duelists don't?

 

Falling Down: Um, read it? It's Snatch Steal.

 

Flash of the Forbidden Spell: Oh, so Raigeki's okay now if your opponent happens to have 5 monsters? It's either a +4 or a dead card. Whenever it works, it's a +4.

 

Glorious Illusion: Being a "Lightsworn" monster doesn't magically make Call of the Haunted less broken when they revive you with it. Sure Call of the Haunted has a larger range, but Lightsworn Decks don't deserve to be the only Deck with access to Call of the Haunted.

 

Graceful Revival: Free Special Summon with a wide range of targets varying in roles and abilities.

 

Icarus Attack: Traps can be thrown down more rapidly than monsters can be or should ever be, so what you're looking at in the end here is a Trap for one of the monsters and a Winged Beast for another, considering this is often chained when either this or the Winged Beast's about to die too, you're getting too much benefit for cost.

 

Levia-Dragon Daedalus: Well aren't you the brutally obviously biased fellow. Anyway, its effect allows for much more potential benefit than cost with 2600 damage on top of it all.

 

Liar Wire: The cost's literally nothing but Decktype restriction, Insects don't deserve a chainable Trap-for-monster any more than anyone else.

 

Magical Dimension: Easy specific high-level monster Special Summon when we're trying to promote standards of difficulty for everyone to be able to use high-level monsters. Oh, and it kills a card too.

 

Psychic Trigger: Chainable Pot of Greed. The cost's nothing but Decktype restriction and the activation requirement's easy to meet and rewards careless management of LP with card advantage.

 

Ribbon of Rebirth: As long as you can destroy the Equipped monster by battle, this's Brain Control.

 

Time Wizard: Getting lucky shouldn't grant one access to Raigeki.

 

Trap of Darkness: Replaces the cost of the Trap Card in question with its own. Only exists to find ways to abuse this.

Vayu doesn't either. And if you knew what to do it ease to OTK with Dark Creator. With just 2 of them in hand you have 4600 ATK. Add on the ability to bring back two monsters with enough attack to cover that remain gap and you have a very easy OTK.

You can only destroy up to the number of Heros you have on the field. So it isn't a simple MST' date=' it's a MST when you have at least 1 other Hero. And this isn't like RotA either. That takes an level 4 or lower warrior, this onlt take Heros.

Celest at 1 does the same things at 3. The fact that LS are good at reusing their monsters only make this more true.

 

BWW is simply bad for the game and to TBQH I'm sick of saying why that it.

 

Rekindling OTK just as well at 1 as it does at 3. Only it happens a little less.

Indeed! The only reason Red-Eyes wasn't present at the SJ finals was because of Joey being too lazy to get from Brooklin to LA!

It's not broken in Light decks, it's just good support. If you really think about it, it's just a better version of Shrink for LIGHT monsters.

Honest only becomes a problem when more then 1 is used at once. As such if he were to be move it would be to 1.

BfaDD helps the game more then Mezuki. If either were to be banned it would be him.
