There's no point to give them Photons, and it takes away some of Kaito's uniqueness as a Photon user. So unless they're TRYING (writer's standpoint) to give Yuma the tip "Hey, they're associated with Kaito", then there really is no reason to give them Photons. And it's vaguely possible they have Numbers, although I am starting to think it's unlikely. In the opening, it briefly shows Droit and Ghosh (as well as Mr. Heartland and Dr. Faker), but those two are each holding a card. But if they had Numbers, it would make them eventual targets for Kaito...unless they're using a Number he had collected previously, but that seems rather...dumb. Granted, Ghosh did mention to Kaito that if he found the task too hard, he could collect Numbers instead, so it's possible they're all in league somehow. And Wiki states they're high up to Dr. Faker and are working with Mr. Heartland presently. And considering Dr. Faker likely created the technology that III, IV, V, and Kaito use (artifical D-Gazers, Photon Hand, Duel Anchor), and Mr. Heartland commented that he and Dr. Faker built Kaito's deck, maybe Photons really are a theme of Dr. Faker's design. That could also be partly how Galaxy-Eyes gets an upgrade. Also in the opening, it shows a brief scene where Kaito and Yuma are standing next to each other like a team-up. And the Wiki previews suggests that Tron kidnapped Haruto. That seems like a reason for a team up. ALSO in the opening, it looks like Yuma is fighting V. Cathy will apparently duel a "dog duelist" who takes one of Yuma's heart pieces, Haruto will come into Heartland and be kidnapped by Tron, that Tag Duel is apparently happening (Oh, hai Battle City flashback), Robin will duel Gauche apparently. That actually sounds cool. Especially since Yuma should vaguely recognize Haruto from the picture he saw of him and Kaito. Cathy is the only one other than Yuma that passed the preliminaries? Epic. That really does mean she's strong. (Yeah, not really. The writers just like her.) *reading* Wait, I don't think that was worded right. "Yuma bumps into Droite and Gauche, who presumes he is Haruto's kidnapper, so Kaito tries to save him". HUH?! Kaito tries to save Yuma when his colleagues think he kidnapped Kaito's brother?! Although the tag duel seems epic. The preview says Kaito duels aggressively while Yuma focuses everything on protecting Kaito. (Aww, so sweet...Yuma's an amusing moron the way he protects people who barely tolerate his existence). Why does it seem like Neo-Galaxy Eyes is born by Kaito overlaying his spirit with Haruto?
