[/quote] I think I've said this once already, but the original idea was No.17: Vice Dragon (Yes, this is before Vice Dragon from 5D's - the idea of Numbers was there for a very long time), which was going to be Shark's ace monster. (Kaito and Galaxy-Eyes didn't exist back then.) Then, they were going to make CNo.17: Re Vice Dragon, which would have a random 3000 ATK like all the other rivals' aces. Besides, it should be noted it's almost the end of school semesters, and some people are probably focused on homework and exams in some form.
