Tori wasn't meant to be able to chain Blustering Winds to Burst Breath... considering the former was a Normal Spell Card and the latter was a Trap Card... and normal Chaining rules of course. On the first turn, you used up half your hand (2 mons + Double Summon) and didn't Set anything at all, while I used up 1 card total and got out Armed LV5 plus Grave Setup.
