I mean, by that point the show was barely more than a weekly villain for Tagiru to catch. ...I must however say that SuperStarmon's episode was flat-out amazing. All of the "important" plot points were bullshitted and rushed. Even if they were good it is only by a lucky percentage increase. Here's what I liked though. •The ending [spoiler=Literally Spoiler Alert] Bagramon was the clockman[/spoiler] was rushed yet oddly clever. If only they had divulged more on it such as a certain knight's whereabouts. I mean all of the Bagra army were killed yet thanks to the code crown all of the previously killed digimon were revived most notably Deckerdramon . •The Special Effects. Of course this is 2012 and anime has evolved to the point of eye-gasm sexy and flashy special effects. Though as in the "Gamer commandments" graphics don't make the game. Or in this case animation. •The Music. The only regret is not having Masaaki Endoh because he is the god of destruction x9000 *nerdgasm, faints... Huh? Oh right. Tv asahi or whoever made the insert song selection made a lot of great decisions. It was 2010 digimon was on a 4 year hiatus and fans wanted to hear "[i]... Digivolve Tooo!!![/i]" once again. This had to be upbeat, orgasmic, and of course wada kouji. Pretty much the only real match for [s]Gaogaigar[/s] Masaaki Endoh, Wada was a great singer for the digimon insert songs and bringing him back was genius. •The Balls to power level. Basically xros wars eliminated power level labels such as "champion" or "mega" there was only "can I kill him." for example. In the olden days a rookie defeating an ultimate would seem like an overpowered rookie right? Well now it's just balls to that. With the loss of "digivolution" and the requirement for digimon to wait for literal 5 million year evolution you can get very powerful digimon while still in their previously weak forms. Shoutmon, who is speculated to be rookie, is an example of this. He has trained and trained to be able to go hand to hand with a larger foe. All you need is a burning heart I suppose. As for hunters (started thinking I was typing about xros wars) digixrossing and plain battle is fairly balanced. One such example is gumdramon xros up vs yasyamon. I found it totally absurd, eventually though I healed my butt. I don't want to get into what I hate for that'd be too long. So I leave that for another post.
