Well, now I cannot google search Fennekin with Safesearch deactivated. Turtwig is the grass starter that goes the best with my play style (not only in pokemon but in whatever I have a choice in stat growth), having my main unit with good attack and defense even if it hinders speed, and keeping sweepers and stuff as something secondary. [/quote] I remember from the anime, there was one character who had the same name as me. So I was somewhat obliged when playing SoulSilver to get Meganium, Azumarill and a Shiny Magneton. Though if it is correct, it looks like Froakie is a Water/Fighting and Chespin is a Grass/.......Bug maybe? EDIT- wait a minute..... Aesirson Posted January 12, 2013 Report Share Posted January 12, 2013 I'm almost certain I will not be starting out with Fennekin so it doesn't really matter to me what her secondary type, if any, is, but if it ends up as Fighting I will be a bit disappointed in GameFreak. I heard some rumours that they will end up as Grass/Dark, Fire/Psychic and Water/Fighting, which would kind of make sense as this would give us the same situation as in Generation IV where every starters secondary type had an advantage to the rival's starter's secondary type.
