Actually, question that might help me decide whether she blocks or not: What would happen if the area of the neck where the Witch's Kiss is planted is struck as opposed to, say, somewhere else on the neck? From there, he's pretty much impossible to beat due to his passion for ~moe~. See, the world of Magician's Academy, is run by Otakus. Angels, Devils and the heads of the Academy, all absolute Otakus.
