And the Level 4 is decent because Lv. 4 LIGHT Warrior with 1800 and a scale of 7. Shame it's not 8, but what can you do. Odd-Eyes can't search it anyways. My rough understanding is that Pendulum monsters can be activated as Spell cards in the Pendulum Zone (separate from the 5 backrow/Field Spell), but they are also monsters and can be Summoned like any monster. When in the Pendulum zone, when you have 2 of them, you can Special Summon monsters from your hand whose Levels are between the Scales on the 2 Pendulum monsters. So in these guys' case, you have Scale 2 and Scale 7. You can Special Summon any Level 3-6 monsters from your hand. (You cannot Special Summon monsters whose Levels match or are higher/lower than the Scale). So yes, they work with Vanilla support unless activated in the Pendulum Zones (where they are then considered Spells). Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I believe that wouldn't work, as Wonder Wand requires you send the equipped monster to the Graveyard, while a Pendulum Monster on the field is always sent to the Extra Deck whenever it should be sent to the Grave, so it wouldn't be able to fulfill Wand's cost, much like a Token can't be used to activate Transmodify. With a name 'God Pendulum,' this maybe a deity-turn-card, like Numeron Dragon, who may have given Yuya, along with some others, if it grants powers to people there may be others, the powers to Pendulum Summon. Watch as Konami makes Pendulum Spell-Spell Cards, with both sides being Spell, but the ability to freely come back to the field when you Pendulum Summon and do something.
