Seize The Wind! (SPELL)

Activate only if your LP are 1000 or lower. Yell "Storm Access!" and try to snatch one of the cards in your opponent's Extra Deck. Your opponent is allowed to yell "Data Storm!" and slap your hand to stop you before you do.

I'm kidding, here is an actual effect:

Activate only if your LP are 1000 or lower. Your opponents places all Link Monsters from their Extra Deck face-down. Select and reveal 1 of those cards and if that card is a Cyberse monster, you can add that card to your Extra Deck and you are treated as the card's owner for the remainder of the Duel.

"The Chicken with the Pompadour"

Level 12/Winged Beast/Effect/DARK/0/0

Cannot be destroyed by battle. Your opponent cannot target other monsters you control for attacks. If this card is attacked, the attacking monster loses half of its ATK, and this card gains the lost ATK. These changes remain until the end of the Battle Phase. If this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK that monster had on the field.
