Atypical-Abbie
Keigan no Majutsuhi Level 4 LIGHT Spellcaster-Type Pendulum Effect Monster ATK 1500 DEF 1500 Scale 5 Pendulum Effect: (1) If you control another “Magician” or “Performapal” card in your other Pendulum Zone: You can destroy this card, and if you do, place 1 “Magician” Pendulum monster from your Deck in your Pendulum Zone, except “Keigan no Majutsuhi”. Monster Effect: (1) You can discard this card from your hand, then target 1 card in your Pendulum Zone whose Pendulum Scale is different than its original value; its Pendulum Scale becomes its Original value until the end of the turn. It's really interesting, being able to bypass the activation conditions of Timegazer is rather nice, and being able to bring them out of the Deck has always been kind of a problem. Level 4 is nice to in case you want to Pendulum Xyz Summon. The monster effect is odd, but assuming that it freezes the Scale, this means that it could become a staple in Pendulum Decks that have negative Pendulum Effects. The Warden
Actually, that discard effect is designed to counter the Scale Reduction inherent to Timegazer, Stargazer, and Creation Magicians. Otherwise, it's a counter to, well, nothing else. The only other Scale manipulation going on is Galilei, Kepler, the D/D Prouds, and Red Oni. Not much to counter really, but this guy is nice in Magicians. Granted Magicians mostly suck, but at least he's searchable off Odd-Eyes too. I meant for those kinds of things exactly.
玄魔の王
No OPT clause means if you open multiple of this guy, you can set them both, then swap them out for whatever Magician duo you want based on the rest of your hand. Also, Odd-Eyes searchability.

CLG Klavier
Hey...this is really good. It makes the Creation/Destruction Magician duo so much more consistent. I'll keep an eye on this card.
Blake
It's not really good yet, but it's definitely a good card. The issue with it is that you won't in 3/3 magician to warrant this. And if you run 2/2 magician, you likely won't have space for this. Definitely going to be good, I just don't think it's now.
Maeriberii Haan
I think some decks can try running 2 2 of either magician pair + this aaaaaaaaaaaand maybe odd eyes. Not sure though. But it's a step to make Magicians actually be splashable, and also, without testing idk how will they perform. (also let's appreciate that it's a scale 5 instead of the godforsaken scale 4)
CLG Klavier
Destruction Magician seems like the more useful one for...for example rank 4 based decks since it can make a leftover Xyz have a level so you can overlay it into something. Blake
Tbh the most notable thing atm is that it's a versatile scale to run in P-pal, as scale 5 and 3 (destruction) are good, and destruction's useful in theory. But that shuts lizard off until you use Wizard to pop destruction
Jord200
Forgive me if I'm wrong, I have a bad headache, and didn't sleep well, but am I the only one who noticed it doesn't have the negative effect if there is no Magician or Odd-Eyes Pendulum in the other zone? EDIT- Nevermind. Big deal. I noticed the Scale was only 5.

Neutrality Man
The monster effect also works to nullify Pendulum Turn. (Quick-Play; Target a Pendulum in the PZ, make its scale anything 1 to 10 for the turn.)

JessicaMuddy
Unfortunately I'm not seeing the combo Place both in scales, then use their effects to bring out Creation/ Descruction Magicians. Pendulum OEPD and the two copies of this. Xyz into DRXD, then use Creation & Destruction's effects to Xyz OERD.
mshends
Unfortunately I'm not seeing the combo -set two 'Keigan no Majutsuhi' as scale -Active their pendulum effect to grap Destruction Magician and Creation Magician from your deck -Pendulum summon back two 'Keigan no Majutsuhi' from your extra deck and one odd eye from your hand -Xyz Dark Rebellion using two 'Keigan no Majutsuhi' -Use Destruction Magician and Creation Magician to xyz summon Odd-Eyes Rebellion
The Highlander
An amazing card, not the part to reset scales, however the odd-eyes +1 rank4 material effect (or you would use him as a wall etc.), not to mention the consistency he adds to the deck, not to mention the fact that this is the first magician to have direct synergy with performapals, rather than the awful performapal spring goose, which is honestly terrible, but still a step into the right direction.
