Judgment of the Scales

You can only activate one "Judgment of the Scales" per turn. If your opponent has more cards on field than the total number of cards in your hand and field, you can activate this card:
1) Draw a number of cards equal to the difference

Disappointed that this has nothing to do with Pendulums. Anyway, the card is rather interesting, I am not sure what would have most use out of this, maybe Infernoid since their cards are mostly in the Graveyard? Anyway, it's a pretty nice card.

Hilariously, this does have things to do with pendulums.

Pendulum scales+Pendulum summons means triggering a good amount of draw from this card is really feasible.

Actually an enormously degenerate card that shouldn't exist. You shouldn't be rewarded for being behind in cards. I don't care how good it may or may not be, it's a ridiculously stupid concept.

Well, comeback mechanics have to be a thing, or games wouldn't really be interesting to play.

As for this card specifically, I'm sure there's a deck that can abuse this, but I don't see it being really live a lot of the time, especially since it is a slow trap.

They usually use cards that make them draw to the point where they have more cards in their hand than need be, and relying on this card seems like a really weak strategy, so no, not really.

Probably, but there are cases where Accumulated Fortune or Legacy of Yata/Jar might not be instantly explosive.

It's a cherry on top and adds another chain link, and meshes well with Ojama Trio.

Actually, nah.

Their handsize really sucks, and more often than not, you'll flop around helplessly if you get cockblocked at certain moments. This is their best way to return from the brink for them.

Also nah.

This is a horridly-thought card that actually rewards -you- overextending too much tbh. If you get stopped? Flip this to get back at the game. If you didn't get stopped? You're in a great position so no need for this card, but with this lying around even if your push fails and you get punished by it, you can flip this to return.

Not necessarily. Sometimes they do run out of gas and get stuck with 1-2 cards in hand with an empty field.

Would run this as a 1-of, but deck space problems.

Also, just saying, things like these remind me of MtG's Balance. An "equalizer" card will, most of the time, amount to being not-so-equal.
