GarlandChaos
Lore: Cannot be Normal Summoned/Set. Must first be Special Summoned (from your hand) by Tributing 1 "Alpha The Magnet Warrior", "Beta The Magnet Warrior", and "Gamma The Magnet Warrior" from your hand and/or your side of the field. You can Tribute this card to target 1 "Alpha The Magnet Warrior", "Beta The Magnet Warrior", and "Gamma the Magnet Warrior" in your Graveyard; Special Summon those targets. I made this thread to see if anyone remembered this card and spark some discussions. Personally, if you can manage the requirements, I think this card is a pretty great Monster, able to go toe-to-toe with a lot of Level 8 monsters, such as Blue-Eyes White Dragon, Battleguard King, and Belial - Marquis of Darkness, as well as some monsters higher-leveled than it, such as B. Skull Dragon, Ally of Justice Field Marshal, and Overmind Archfiend. The effect is pretty lame, though. So, discuss.
DuelSpectre
Card is way too susceptible to Mirror Force, Bottomless, Ring of Destruction, etc. Only thing this card is good for is a big beatstick, which has already proven to not be very useful for something this hard to summon (Machina Force). Then again, nostalgic value is 10/10, so there's that.

Nostalgia is actually a huge factor in making me post this thread, actually. I was blown away when I saw the card for the first time in the Anime, I forget which episode it was, though. I think Yugi summoned it on some sort of airship?
~British Soul~
^ The first time Yugi summoned it was against the two mask blokes, Lumis and Umbra. Mind you though, the fact that it's a rock means you can go into Dark Gaia with this plus it's a Trade-In target.
goodfusion
I actually use a deck based around this card on DN and it is pretty fun. I rarely summon this though, and usually use the Magnet Warriors for Xyz fodder and the main boss of the deck is usually Gaia Plate the Earth Giant, as it is much easier to summon. The effect is useful for making Xyz or putting more damage on the Field (as the combined ATK of the 3 Magnet Warriors is higher than this cards ATK). Yeah, and if you do use it as a fusion material for Dark Gaia, he can potentially clean house like nothing else because of his ATK increase effect. @Tyretian: As much as Valkyrion is nostalgia incarnate for me, I have to admit that that's not too bad of a strategy. Hexanort
the only time i used this is on evil heroes, for dark gaia's fusion material.... other than that,i guess you can use phantom of chaos on this card, then tribute it for the 3 magnet warriors
~ P O L A R I S ~
His best use is for breaking the ATK/DEF game. I remember it having a stint in Dark Gaia OTK builds too though back when they were a thing.

Bringerofcake
You could also use this card like a REALLY situational twin photon lizard and make the magnet warriors a 3-mat rank 4 "engine"
GarlandChaos
You could also use this card like a REALLY situational twin photon lizard and make the magnet warriors a 3-mat rank 4 "engine" Could you please clarify what you mean by this? Bringerofcake
Well, you can tribute the magnet warriors from your hand or field to summon valkyrion. Then you tribute valk to bring them all back from the graveyard, then go for a 3 material rank 4. it's not ideal, but it is possible, and half joking besides. That's actually pretty clever, you could summon cards like Vylon Disigma that way no problem.
Not-so-Radiant Arin
If it was a quick effect that could be activated at any time, then it'd be pretty cool. Otherwise, ehh...

Blake
And then you realize instead of a -3 4 card combo you can 2-card stick-chair for the same 3-mat plus 3 draws and 1 free pop. YUGIOOOOOH It's a cute nostalgia card. Especially considering how it didn't work in the GBA games.

Sleepy
The card has a lot of good things going for it, but can't really take advantage of them nowadays, mostly because it is outclassed. -Rocks have their own Trap version of Foolish Burial + Catapult Zone, so getting the Magnet Warriors in the Graveyard would be easy had certain key cards existed back in the day. -It is a solid Trade-In target along with many Fiend-Types out there, creating consistency as you prepare the setup. -Once all pieces are in the Graveyard, the idea is to use up a Valkyrion for Dark Gaia via Dark Calling, or to banish it with Phantom of Chaos to revive the vanilla Magnets. Once you do that you'd re-Tribute them for another Valkyrion, which in turn would get Tributed to revive them again. This would be done just so that that Valkyrion in the Graveyard becomes live and can from then on be constantly revived via Call of the Haunted/Oasis of Dragon Souls (or that Trap that revives banished Rocks). So you can consider it an investment in order to get multiple future 3 material Xyzs in 1 card plays. The last one is like a more gimmicky and inconsistent version of what Pendulum Summon wants to be: A mechanic that goes minus as an investment for the future, and after a certain point in the game the swarm starts getting good. Of course Valkyrion is basically outclassed as a whole, I just wanted to point out what could have been a cool deck back in the day.... It also (as pointed above) is outclassed by many actual Rank 4 engines, with Star Seraphs being an example^
