Honestly, it seems like a good card. Makes Trump Girl + Luster an Ignister, allows versatility in plays, is a scale 1, no restrictions.

 

The 1 to ? is probably 1 to 5, given its level.

Wondering if this would make Dinomist any better, since it would give them access to easier Novafinity and R6nks, namely Utopia Beyond.

 

It also just kinda gives other monsters its level so if you have a level 2 you can make a rank 4 or something.

Too bad Performapal will never be the same with Monkey to 1 Juggler to 1 and Starter Deck Yuya mostly sucked.

It's LIGHT/Fairy as well so couldn't it be possible to find a way to feasibly search it with that new LIGHT/Fairy searcher (Benten?) somehow? Meh, most likely it would be an stretch.

Hold on... it's Level 6 so it matches the Level of the Ritual. Then, Monkeyboard is Level6 too; Cyber Angel Pals, anyone? xD I know, it's farfetched, but I found the idea funny anyway.

Anyway, the Pendulum Effect, I suppose it would grant access to the Rank5 pool in Perfomapals, right? Is that a noticeable boon, or not so much?

Real selling point to it is that it's scale 1 and that it continues to make Trump Girl better, slowly but surely.

Wouldn't the deck be better off as is w/ Pwiz searching for Unicorn and relying on Sky Iris for the low scale?

Well you can search and place it after using wiz on at least 1 scale ... and in any case ... being able to use parrotrio and lizardraw as r4nk material is not bad.

Well I didn't mean to imply you're dropping everything. Only that space is already really tight (even more so in TCG) so why play a card mainly for the scale one when a higher utility scale 1 (odd eyes) exists?

 

All I'm trying to say is, sure the card works, but there ARE better legal options out there

It's a generic Scale 1 that's a Level 6 (kind of like Monkeyboard).

 

And it has a cute Level manipulation effect for Pendulum Summoned monsters.

I'm not saying it's going to be run now, but it has a good scale (better on the scale than persona due to its effect), a good pendulum effect, and it helps Xyz with it if you PS it, making it not totally dead in the ED.

 

It makes Trump Girl better, and that card keeps getting small buffs to its utility.

 

It lets you go R8 with Odd-Eyes, in theory, which is probably the most noteworthy interaction. Or buff odd-eyes to 8, revive noble, go Ignister.

 

Performapal is STILL a tech deck. This could easily be teched in for reasonable to good results. And it's not even comparable to Persona, given the complete difference in searchability. They don't occupy the same slots.

Not really. Performage was hit by the ban list and the effect doesn't have much to do with Performage (if at all).

What does this have to do with pepe, everything they had in common with pals was eradicated, even ptolemaios was erased, also pepe was a rank 4 spam deck this has nothing to do with rank 4 spam, which would really support pal hybrids that much ... as for performapals ... hatred really makes blind.

By the way, Black: Didn't you say that generic Scale 8 monsters weren't that bad, but generic Scale 1 monsters could be a problem? What is it that makes this one from being so? It's Level? How it has more relation to Performapal?

Black, I'm not trying to pick a fight with you and we're not really in disagreement. I'm just saying in a world w/o Monkey and a limited Sorc (likely TCG's fate soon). And over-reliance on the pals is bad planning. That's it.

Hardly, Arkbrave is a good card on its own, and I did agree the play with #100 was bad. CED-Brave is a solid move mate...I wasn't shooting this down cause it's not broken, I was not impressed by it cause this really isn't what the deck needs atm

It's an easy 1-of. It's an OPTION, which I am not absolutely saying to run. It adds nothing but positives to its pool. It needs more scale 1s, because they're good. Regardless of what else it needs, more scale 1s increase the value of cards over time. It's the best aging scale we've had to date, though 8 has also aged well. A scale 1 with no drawback and a decent or better effect is not bad, and you need to stop putting things down. It IS a matter of not being broken, because you're refusing to give it any attention until it's proven it's "broken" or not with impact... Instead of using your own head. It's more than a hat rack.

Well I guess that works as an option, but I'd honestly think the only fusions worth it would be Vortex and Dino. One which dosn't fusion summon and the other is brought out easier through Odd-Eyes Fusion
