Kaiji Posted July 8, 2016 Report Share Posted July 8, 2016 It says monsters, so if your opponent decides to pend 3 monsters from the Extra Deck he cannot access Xyz/Synchro/Fusion That said if the opponent decides to Fusion Summon beforehand, he will noly be allowed to pend 2 monsters from the extra. Which is why I think its best used when you are destroying scales because Resources from the Hand (ie monsters your opponent would be pendulum summoning from the hand to avoid Summon Gate) are forced to become Scales and you've converted the former Scales you destroyed into Resources from the Extra (reducing the monsters your opponent is allowed to pend from hand). SANDAA BORUTO Posted July 14, 2016 Report Share Posted July 14, 2016 Goyo is at 3 in the TCG and Norden is at 1, but I don't think there will be any major changes to the art when this card hits the TCG, as the only banned Synchro here is Brionac, and the only banned Fusion is Construct, and I doubt they would fit in that crammed space.
