1 Zombie Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner Zombie monsters

(1) Once per turn: You can pay LP in increments of 1000; banish 1 card your opponent controls and/or in their hand for each increment you paid, face-down, then your opponent loses 500 LP for each card banished by this effect. (2) If this card leaves the field: Return it to the Extra Deck.

Gains 500 ATK for each "Chaos" monster you Synchro Summoned this Duel, except "Broken Chaos Enforcer". Once per turn, destroy 1 DARK Tuner monster you control and 1 monster your opponent controls; Special Summon 1 "Chaos Synchro" monster from your Extra Deck, but its effects are negated during this turn(This Special Summon is treated as Synchro Summon.). If this card attacks, effects of all monsters on the field has negated, except DARK and LIGHT monsters, until the end of Battle Phase.

When this card destroys a monster by battle: You can destroy 1 DARK  monster you control, then target 1 other DARK Dragon monster you control; that target can attack twice this turn.

I'll do you one better. Since Yuya and Yuma have a crossover card, why not Yuma and Yusei?

During the Standby Phase of the next turn after this card was banished: Special Summon this banished card. When Summoned this way: You can target 2 Level 4 or lower monsters in your GY with the same Level; Special Summon them in Defense Position, but their effects are negated. You can only activate each effect of "Utopic Stardust Dragon" once per turn. Xyz Monsters you control cannot be destroyed by your opponent's card effects.

For the Synchro Summon of this card, you can use 1 Zombie-Type monster you control that is owned by your opponent as a Level 1 Tuner, even if that monster does not have an original Level. If you pay LP to activate the effect of a Zombie-Type monster: This card gains ATK equal to the amount of LP you paid. During each End Phase: Increase your LP by 500 for each Zombie-Type monster on the field, and if you do; you can add 1 DARK "Vampire" monster from your Deck to your hand whose ATK is less than the LP you gained.

 

A Dragon that works with Continuous backrow (think Power Tool with Equips, or Ancient Fairy with Fields).

When this card is Summoned: You can add 1 Continuous Spell card from your GY to your hand. During each of your End Phases and Each of your Standby Phases, destroy all Continuous Spell cards you control, then, if any cards were destroyed by this effect: Reveal cards from the top of your deck until you reveal a Continuous Spell card with a different name than that of all cards in your GY and activate that card. If no cards could be activated: shuffle all Continuous Spell cards in your GY into your deck. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: destroy all Continuous Spell cards on the field, Then both players may place 1 Continuous Spell from their deck on the top of their deck.

 

Next: Lets continue the trend, this Dragon must work with Quick-Plays and cannot be LIGHT, EARTH or WATER.

That's . . . awful. Most Decks that run Continuous Spells want them to remain on the field for their Continuous effects, aside from things like Fire Fist that only really care about on-activation effects; even D/D/D would never make this thing, and several of their better playmakers are Continuous Spells.

 

Flamebolt Dragon

The first time your opponent activates a monster effect in a turn: You can banish 1 Quick-Play Spell from your Deck or Graveyard, then add it to your hand during the next Standby Phase (even if this card has left the field). If a Quick-Play Spell is activated, you can target 1 Effect Monster your opponent controls: Halve that target's ATK and negate its effects, then inflict 500 damage to your opponent.

 

A little slow in how it functions, but very powerful and able to accomplish a considerable amount if used against the proper boss. The halving and negation are permanent, so you can stop a Tri-Gate that doesn't have its negation yet.

Make a Synchro for an Archetype that has at least 1 Tuner, but no Synchros of their own.

If this card has at least 2 Rage Counters on it, it can't be destroyed by battle, also negate the next effect:

Must be Synchro Summoned with the above Materials, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. For the Synchro Summon of this card, you must use a face-down “Mirror Force” on your field and treat it as a Level 1 monster. When this card is Synchro Summoned: You can make your LP become 4000. You take no effect damage. When a monster you control is attacked or targeted by your opponent’s card or effect: You can negate the attack or effect, and if you do, destroy all monsters your opponent controls. If this card would leave the field, you can banish 1 Equip Spell Card from your GY instead. When this card leaves the field: Special Summon 1 Level 8 Dragon-type monster from your GY, ignoring its Summoning conditions.

 

It’s basically a combination of Life Stream Dragon and Mirror Force Dragon.

 

Requires a specific Fusion Monster (you choose which one) as Material

When this card is summoned, you can add 1 monster with 1500 or less ATK or DEF from your deck to your hand. If this monster attacks, you can excavate the top 3 cards of your deck: for each monster with less than 1500 ATK, this card gains ATK equal to that monster's ATK until the end of your turn; then, send all excavated cards to the GY. You can target 1 card on the field with less than 1500 ATK or DEF (Quick Effect): destroy it. You can only activate this effect of "Banned Learned Tuned Sanwitch" once per turn.
