Make a Synchro Monster Game (v. 2.0)

Fleeting Phantasm Dragon

WIND - Level 9 - Dragon/Synchro/Effect - 2200/2300

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

During either player's turn, you can banish this face-up monster until the End Phase. If this effect is activated in response to another monster's effect that removes itself from the field (including as cost), that monster does not leave the field, and its effects are negated. When this card returns to the field after being banished by this effect, your opponent must banish 1 card they control or in their hand (a card in the hand is banished face-down).

 

Basically, if this banishes itself in response to Zeta or Omega trying to piss off, they have to stay there with their effects negated, permanently if your opponent doesn't remove them by other means. This also works in response to Stardust Dragon/Warrior, Cosmic Blazar Dragon, Skystarray, Playful Possum, Spirits, the suicide effects of Earthbound Immortals or Malefics, etc.

When this card is Synchro Summoned, you can target 1 Psychic-type monster you control, it gains 500 ATK. Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase, you can discard 1 card, target up to 2 cards your opponent controls, banish them face-down. You cannot conduct your Battle Phase the turn you activate this effect. This card gains 300 ATK for each player's banished card(s).

This card can make a second attack during each Battle Phase. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: Your opponent takes damage equal to that monster's ATK. (Quick Effect) If a card or effect would be activated: You can banish this card until the End Phase; negate that card or effect, and if you do, banish it, face-down.

 

(I would put a burn effect on its self-banish effect, but that's pushing it.)

Once per turn (Quick Effect): You can declare 1 Attribute; monsters your opponent controls become that Attribute until the End Phase. Each time your opponent Summons a monster with a different Attribute than the one you declared, they take 300 damage.

 

[Not a Trickstar, but probably fits in some Synchro build if you can fit a Tuner.]

Quick Effect: You can Tribute this Synchro Summoned card; this turn, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck, also you cannot activate monster effects for the rest of this turn.

Not designed for Synchro laddering, but more to stay on the field, like Clausolas, Arc Light, Hastorr, etc.

If this card destroys your opponent's monster by battle, you can equip the destroyed monster to this card. This monster gains 1000 ATK for each monster equipped to it this way. If this card would be destroyed, you can banish 1 card equipped to this card instead, and if you do, halve the ATK and DEF of all Special Summoned monsters your opponent controls, and negate the effects of all monsters your opponent controls with 1000 or less ATK.

(I did make a Solgaleo card which has the same [2] effect, but different [1] effect pertaining to its own ability and obvious dual-Type thing. But yeah, revamped Shadow Shield to block your other monsters from getting blasted. Ghost can only fit as Fiend for Typing purposes in Yugioh, so yeah.)

This card on the field is also always treated as Psychic-type. This card is unaffected by the effects of EARTH monsters. When this card battles, you can activate 1 or the following effects:

• Any damage you would take is halved.

• This card gains 600 ATK and DEF until the end of the Damage Step.

• If this card is the attacking monster: Flip 2 coins. If both of them are tails, negate the attack. If both are heads, Lunatone gains 1400 ATK until the end of the Damage Step.

• If this card is being attacked: You can negate the attack. This effect can only be used once while "Lunatone" is face-up on the field.

 

I considered Light Screen, Reflect, Calm Mind, Stone Edge, and Protect.

To be fair, Lunatone and its counterpart are both shitty in-game though, so... But there's still some hope for them, I guess.

Unaffected by the effects of monsters your opponent controls with equal or lesser original ATK than this card's ATK. Once per turn, if a Warrior monster you control destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can have your opponent take damage equal to that destroyed monster's ATK.

(Draconus said he likes playing with both forms of "Magician" in his decks. So, I made a card to help both forms.)

Must be Synchro Summoned, and cannot be Summoned by other ways. Your opponent cannot negate this card's attacks, effects, or Synchro Summon. Cannot be destroyed by card effects. If this monster's ATK is different from its original ATK, your opponent's monsters lose ATK and DEF equal to the difference. If this card battles your opponent's monster, except a Level 11 monster, this card gains 100 ATK times the difference in Levels (monsters without an original Level are treated as Level 0 for this effect).

 

Hey, Sakura, next time you go adding things you made in the Games, add this thing along with it, with text fixes as necessary.

If this card is destroyed: You can target 1 "Tatsunoko" or "Coral Dragon" in your GY; Special Summon it. You can only use each effect of "Rex of the Reef" once per turn.
