Salamangreat Crimson Viperion

1 Cyberse Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters

Once per turn, you can target 1 "Salamangreat" monster you control that has more than 0 ATK; decrease its ATK to 0 until the End Phase, then destroy 1 monster your opponent controls whose ATK is equal to or lower than the original ATK of the targeted monster. If you control a face-up "Salamangreat Sanctuary", you can tribute this card; Special Summon 1 "Salamangreat Crimson Viperion" from your Extra Deck (this is treated as a Synchro Summon), but it cannot attack this turn. You can only Special Summon "Salamangreat Crimson Viperion" once per turn this way. If this card was Synchro Summoned by the effect of "Salamangreat Crimson Viperion", this card cannot be targeted for attacks, or by card effects.

You can only use each effect of "Blood-Eyes Necrotic Dragon" once per turn.

● Same Type and Attribute: You can shuffle all monsters that used for its Synchro Summon from your GY into the Deck; Special Summon 1 of your banished monsters with that same Type and Attribute.

● Different Types and Attributes: Special Summon 1 Link monster from your GY, then move your monsters in Monser Zones you control so that the Link Monster Special Summoned by this effect points to this card. (Only monsters that were originally Summoned from the Extra Deck can be moved to your Extra Monster Zone.)

 

phew, finally done. Here are some explanations.

  • It's a Level 9 because that the only common Level combination that both Crusadia and Orcust can make: Arboria + Leonis & Reclusia / Brass Bombard + World Wand.
  • This card's ATK is Arboria, Leonis & Reclusia's ATK combined / This card's DEF is Brass Bombard & World Wand's ATK combined.
  • The reason why I combined both Crusadia and Orcust is because they both had a Tuner. and because I made an art for it (https //sta.sh/0211hxgg3u1g)

● You can discard 1 card, then target 1 Spell/Trap Card in your GY that specifically lists the card "Dark Magician" in its text; apply that target's effect, then banish that target.

If a “Six Samurai” monster(s) you control would be destroyed, you can remove 3 Bushido Counters from your field instead of destroying 1 of those monsters.

Based on something I did a super long ways back, but I'm always happy to see where terms of improvement can work for a monster-especially one with such a low-key powerful effect.
 
 
NEXT UP: 
 
In the same vein as "Avenging Knight Parshath", make a Synchro that's an evolution of a Level 5 through 9 Effect Monster from the Main Deck, but 3 Levels higher. The catch? It has to include one of the original effects of its previous form, unchanged (except for PBCT changes, of course!).

Once per turn: You can negate the effects of all monsters your opponent controls with less ATK than this card, until the end of this turn. If all the Synchro Materials used to Synchro Summon this card were Reptile-type, it can activate its effects as Quick Effects.

 

Next: A Synchro Monster that requires at least 3 monsters as Synchro Material.

In the same vein as Ib the Justiciar (to Ib the Priestess) and Daigusto Gulldos (to Winda the Priestess), make a Synchro Monster that's a different version of an already established Duel Terminal monster, but 3 Levels higher than its original's Level/Rank/Link Rating. Bonus point if that new monster can find a way to use its original form as Synchro Material (if it's Xyz/Link).

For this card's Synchro Summon, you can treat 1 LIGHT Xyz Monster you control as a Tuner whose Level equals its Rank.  This card's Summon and effects cannot be negated.  When this card is Special Summoned: Banish all monsters on the field with more ATK than this card, then this card gains 500 ATK for each card banished by this effect.  If this card is sent from the field to the GY, you can target 2 monsters in your GY with the same Level (1 LIGHT monster and 1 DARK monster); Special Summon them but their effects are negated, then immediately after this effect resolves, Xyz Summon 1 monster using those 2 monsters as Material (if possible).
