Ice-Types do not exist. Use Beast-Type instead, since your card looks like a beast. Ice is considered part of Water.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set. This card can only be Special Summoned by discarding 2 WATER monsters from your hand. This card gains 300 ATK for each WATER monster on the field.

You can Normal Summon or Set this card without Tributing by returning 1 of your removed from play Insect-type monster to your Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can remove from play 2 Insect-Tpype monsters from your Graveyard to place 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard in the bottom of your Deck. Once per turn, you can skip your Battle Phase, to add 1 card from the bottom of your Deck to your hand. When a Spell or Trap card you control is destroyed, you can remove from play 1 Insect-Type monster from your hand, to place that card in the bottom of your Deck. When this card is destroyed, you can select 1 of your removed from play cards and place it in the top of your Deck.

@rodri666: Skipping your Battle Phase is redundant, you don't have to enter it at all following normal regulations. You can skip it without having to use an effect to do so. You should change it.

 

You can Normal Summon or Set this card without any Tributes by returning 1 of your removed from play Insect-Type monsters to your Graveyard. When this card is Normal Summoned, you can remove from play 2 Insect-Type monsters from your Graveyard to return 1 Spell or Trap Card from your Graveyard to the bottom of your Deck. Once per turn, you can skip your [timing] Phase to add 1 card from the bottom of your Deck to your hand. When a Spell or Trap Card you control is destroyed, you can remove from play 1 Insect-Type monster in your hand to return the destroyed card to the bottom of your Deck. When this card is destroyed, you can return 1 of your removed from play cards to the top of your Deck.

This card cannot be Normal Summoned or Set, this card can only be Special Summoned by Tributing 1 Fish-Type and 1 Aqua-Type monster that you control. When this card is Successfully Summoned, flip a coin, if heads, you must destroy this card on your next turn, if tails, you may inflict 500 points of direct damage to your opponent's Life Points. This card is not effected by Trap Cards.

OCG Fix

When this card is Normal Summoned Special Summon 1 level 3 or lower monster from the Graveyard to your side of the field. When this monster destroys a monster your opponent controls by battle pay 500 Life Points to flip a coin: If heads, Your opponent looses 200 Life Points on each of his/her Battle Phases. If tails, decrease your Life Points by 200 for each of your Battle Phases. This effect may only be used once. When there is 1 face-up "Tin Tower" in the Field Zone increase this cards ATK points by 200.

1 Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner monsters

When this card is Synchro Summoned, if your opponent Controls 2 or more monsters, place 2 'A' Counters on this card. Each time your opponent activates a Spell Card, place 1 'A' Counter on this card. Each time your opponent Special Summons a level 4 or higher monster, place 1 'A' Counter on this card (Max 7). If your opponent Advance Summons a Level 6 or higher monster, you can remove 3 'A' Counters from this card to halve the ATK of the Summoned monster. If this card is attacked, you can negate the attack by removing 4 'A' Counter from this card. Once per turn, if your opponent Normal Summons a Dark monster this card loses 500 ATK and DEF until the End Phase of the turn. If you control WIND or FIRE monster, you can Tribute them to have this card gain 700 ATK and DEF until the End Phase of the Turn.

When this card is Special Summoned you can select one Monster in your opponent's hand and remove it from play. Increase this card's ATK by 200 for every "The Telekinesis - Silver the Hedgehog" or "Super Mobian - Silver the Hedgehog" face-up on the field.

This card is also treated as a Fiend-Type monster while is in the field. This card is treated as a LIGHT monster while is in the Graveyard. When this card is Summoned, toss a coin. ● Heads: remove from play all LIGHT monsters in the field and from both player's Graveyard. Then, this card loses 200 ATK for each monster removed by this effect. ● Tails: Remove from play all others DARK monsters on the field and from both player's Graveyard. You take 400 damage for each monster removed by this effect.

During either players Battle Phase, you can return this card from your hand. Then, toss a coin: ● Heads: You can Special Summon during your next Standby Phase, ignoring the summoning conditions. ●Tails: select 1 of your removed from play "Arcana Force" monsters and Special Summon it to your opponent's side of the field. During the turn that this card was removed from play, when an "Arcana Force" monster is Summoned, you can choose which effect to apply without tossing a coin.

Hey there Mia. I have a effect for you to take a look at please. It may be a little confusing as I am trying something new.

 

If your hand is 2 or less, you can Normal Summon this card without Tributing. The ATK & DEF of this card is equal to the difference between both players hand size X 1000. During your Draw Phase if you are holding less cards then yur opponent you can pay 1000 Life Points to Draw until you have the same amount as your opponent. If you use this effect you must discard the same amount of cards to your Graveyard during your End Phase.
