i remember once there was a numbers tournament here and i got fortune tune. i ended up getting it a bit after that ended irl cause it was a funny card. it cost me like $2 in a trade.

I think it was part of a burn/ftk combo with Topologic Bomber Dragon? that's just what I read somewhere. I think it was a pre-emptive ban before is could be abused a lot

topologic + knightmare cerberus co-linked with trickstar catbat + linked lotus
end phase, ss lotus to catbat zone, topologic destroys all monster in mmz except cerberus and catbat because cerberus effect, catbat burns because lotus was destroyed, lotus ssd back etc.

after seeing the translated names for the furry archetype in dark saviors as well as the ocg grammar used in them i feel i made the right call quitting this game

Didnt realize the ocg change was only for the archetype. Thats my mistake.
Im not actually that upset, it just makes me groan as with most tcg name changes. Well, the trap with a ridiculous name does make me upset but thats because it really doesnt need to be that long.

The name changes still feel geared to 8 year olds which is just kind of tiring at this point.

the more i try and get back itno it the harder i fall out of ygo. maybe i should bite the bullet and just sell my cards to the people i know play ygo so i can do something else with my money. like some other card game.

Looking through piles of cards, and I feel D.D. Sprite might be interesting, if there's a deck or somethign that could both take advantage of being banished, and the Needlefiber access she brings. Hmm. Maybe something to keep an eye on.

i think the reason i dont like ash and like maxx is cause im so used to slower formats (and playing slower decks, even in faster formats) where having a single negation of a search could cause the entire deck to crumble if they didnt have a way around it, while maxx was pretty mild. and of course, i still play semi-fragile decks that are like that, so i just...hate it.
