Its built-in effect is also useful for stalling. It seems like balanced and effective. 9/10 Marian Dimension Shift: This card has a flexible effect - either take out 1 card from the field or from the Graveyard, and its activation requirement is not that bad. Looks useful too. 8.5/10 Fancy Signal: A simple effect, but considering the main strategies of Fancy Heroes, it is a fitting card. 8.5/10 Maid from Candy: Sugar and Spice are not that useful, and while the effect of Candy is powerful, it can be tricked out too.
