I heard the UK version is much shorter than the US version. perhaps is because the first Yugioh movie didn't do great that they wanted to make it short? It looks like Neos just tricked out his armor a little bit, shaved BLS and made a wig out of his hair, and stole his sword and shield and tricked those out as well.
