Grandeeney spoke of the Festival of the Dragon King. I don't think that was the Grand Magic Games. Maybe Igneel's return has started setting that up? Plus, Future Rogue is bound to make a reappearance. From what I understand, it's too soon after the Grand Magic Games for the timeline he spoke of to come to pass, thought I do think it's possible for Frosch to die here. The thing is, we first heard about the Balam Alliance in chapter 131. Now we're in the 400s. We have spent over two thirds of this series with the Balam Alliance looming in the background, with other arcs in between each guild-centric arc. Grimoire Heart and Tartaros both obsess(ed) over Zeref, while Oración Seis… just feels utterly superfluous by this point. I mean, just look at how quickly Jellal curbstomped them recently, especially after how long it took to defeat them in their own arc. So it's like… I got the feeling that there's still more that hasn't been properly addressed, but at the same time, the current arc really does feel like the culmination of a lot that has come before.
