While this does not mean it is set in stone, it means there's a good chance it's real, considering he tends to have accurate info pretty much always. That said, the list seems too... idealistically made, and has a few really awkward/bad choices. Forbidden: Divine Wind of Mist Valley, Ultimate Offering Limited: Genex Undine, Deep Sea Diva, Gear Gigant X, Wind-Up Magician, Wind-Up Factory, Rescue Rabbit, Tour Guide from the Underworld, Sinister Serpent, Glow-Up Bulb Semi-Limited: Snoww, Unlight of Dark World, Chaos Sorcerer, Plaguespreader Zombie, Gladiator Beast Bestiari, Book of Moon, T.G. Striker Unlimited: Tsukuyomi, Spore, Scapegoat, Ojama Trio, Mind Crush NeoArkadia is double checking to make sure it's not some douche pretending to be psh, considering he shares similar concerns with the list.
