Not-so-Radiant Arin
Why was there even a cost for this thing? I mean, sure, the Shallow Grave lets you get back their Scrap Dragon and stuff, but still...
evilfusion
If it was a Spell, the cost would have been justified. As a Trap...it could have just been a 1000 LP cost and be fine. 2000 is absurdly high for the effect it does.
~British Soul~
Is it just me, or does this look like an Ultra Rare? I can see where you getting at since you can make some rares look like ultras if you look at them the right way or if their under the right brightness of light. I think being a Trap is better in this case - you can't really do anything with a face-down monster on the turn you set it anyway so you don't lose any speed from it being a Trap, plus you can use it in End Phase of your opponents turn to dodge Traps plus it's MST/whatever bait that's then chainable and you can set it to worry your opponent, not to mention you can set a Ryko or a Snowman or something and stop your opponent attacking for a turn whereas if it was a Spell they could have played round it in Main Phase 1. Oh, I definitely agree being a Trap is better. There's a number of monsters that get effects when Flip Summoned (Photon Caesar, for example), and it'd be a nice saving card from certain attacks, depending on what you bring back. Just 2000 LP makes this a dead draw when you'd need it the most.

I honestly believe that if there is a deck that gets a big enough benefit from setting a monster from the grave it will play this regardless of the cost. Therrion
Perhaps if it was Quick Play with a cost only if used on your opponent's turn, the cost being only half of what they made it. As it stands, I agree, not very playable.
