Beast will have 1800 ATK and Chimera peaks at 1900, which is nice-ish when you can't immediately go for an Extra Deck play because the slight boost is much more helpful in the high-thousands than a lot of other places. Furthermore, Scrap Dragon has 3k ATK now to tie with other 3k monsters in events where the opponent tries to take it out by battle. Then, the Golem that you get to throw out onto the field when any Scrap dies from most effects has 2500 ATK, which, again, raises it past a highly popular ATK score and lets it be less likely to get pwned by a 2400 grue. Throwing Golem onto the field more easily means that Scrap Twin becomes much more playable, which is pretty nice. I honestly thought that this card would be some sort of Foolish Burial for Scraps, but "SS Golem from Deck" is pretty good. AND THEN you can use this as fodder for said Twin Dragon to bounce 2 cards if you don't have any better fodder, since Twin doesn't need the boost very much. I have little experience with Scraps but I can tell they will become stupid good with this. Also, in the artwork, the hand melting at the cauldron has its thumb up (or at least it looks like it), which I find funny, as if the monster was saying "I'm being destroyed but it's all good, because something better will be made from me" or something among those lines, in reference to the card effect.
