If this card is Synchro Summoned: You can add 1 FIRE Dragon Tuner monster from your Deck to your hand. When this card destroys an opponent's monster by battle: You can inflict damage to your opponent equal to that monster's original ATK. During the Standby Phase, if this card is in the GY because it was sent there last turn: You can Special Summon this card, and if you do, destroy 1 card your opponent controls. You can only use this effect of "White Hot Wyvern" once per turn.

When this card is Summoned (except by its own effect), you can add 1 "Ash Wyvern" monster from your Deck to your hand. If this card attacks an opponent's monster have that monster loose ATK/DEF equal to the card's current ATK. When this card destroys a monster by battle, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the difference in this card's ATK and the destroyed monster's ATK or DEF (which ever is lower). If an "Ash Wyvern" monster is Special Summoned, you can Special Summon this card from your GY.You can only activate each effect of "Red Ash Wyvern" once per turn.

When this Special Summoned monster would be sent to the Graveyard, destroy the targeted card.

(Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure Juggernaut wouldn't be able to get its 3rd effect with its arrow positions.)

IDK if the effect is clear enough, but to clarify, the effect restriction is basically giving a hard OPT clause to the monster.
