Honestly though I didn't expect EQ cause that makes Ursaring complete Ghost fodder. I can't say if it's a good or bad choice but I can say it worked this time. One move away man. Looking back I should have thought about it more than 10 seconds and realized that FB was the choice there. The only apparent difference seems to be lack of legendaries, while Pokémon like Tyranitar and Salamence are still obtainable.
