Sleep

Let's talk about sleep. How well do you sleep? How much sleep do you get/need? How do you sleep?

Do you sleep at all?

 

Personally (and those who know me can attest) my sleeping schedule is all out of wack all the time. I don't sleep much, except a couple times this week my body shut down and I slept for way too long.

 

How about you, YCM?

On school nights, I usually get 2-3 hours (although I have a 1-2 hour nap at college when I get there).

I have to get up at 4 in the morning to take bus into downtown; ideally, I'd like to leave later but the buses are crowded as hell.

 

That being said, I end up having to take late afternoon/early evening naps later on.

 

Weekends, I get about 5 hours or so.

 

On holidays, basically my recommended 7 hours [maybe more].

----

 

Probably would help if I went to bed earlier, instead of midnight and/or 1 am in the morning.

My sleeping schedule is all over the place!

Basically every night i go to sleep at 1am minimum, sometimes even later. To get up at around 7:30 for school, or in weekdays at around 9 because of my stupid internal alarm clock!

And with that i basically get quite little sleep, specially for a teenager, so often i'll nap in the afternoon or evenings, and by often i mean very rarely, i think that napping during daytime is time wasted.

 

So with all of that said, i now have L like eyebags

As someone who doesn't work properly without a good amount of sleep I have a pretty healthy sleep schedule. I go to bed sometime between 11 and midnight on schooldays and wake up at 7.45 or so, so I normally get a solid 7-8 hours of sleep.

For me its everywhere. Sometimes I sleep for 7-8 hours other times its only 30 minutes and can't get back over to sleep for roughly half a day. Doesn't help I can't get over to sleep easily and I never find anything comfortable.

Mine affected by work, sometimes I finish at 11pm and don't fall asleep til 1am if I'm not working late I'm asleep my 11pm. I spend the weekends catching up on sleep, I keep getting up at 7:30 though
