yep, though you should thought something was up when I went for blade armor ninja, and used it effect knowing that you could stop 1 equip spell and played it anyways, though of in my favor.

Yeah, there was nothing I could do. Even if I didn't negate its own activation I wouldn't be able to overtake it with an ATK boost, so I just let you continue.

So I believe I can say Reginald is useable, though I can't exactly say in which one, I want to say bad character, but at the same time I don't want to because he has the ability to possibly OTK with either blade armor ninja[which takes some effort] or ben kai by shoving a crap ton of equips on them. Though its less consistent, though gonna need more testing to be sure

So, I think I've added every character who wouldn't be instantly banned and who has at least 21 cards to play with including both spells and traps, as well as a few that don't have traps, or don't have spells. This roster should be good enough, eh?

 

I'm not going to be in the next tournaments, so if anyone wants to test characters, I'm free.

Have you given any consideration to Trey/III, Zeppeli? I'm pretty sure he's about as good as Quattro or Tron.

The problem is that he has OTKs he can perform, which is why I don't want him in the tournament. I try to keep OTKs a fair distance away, which is why I was even prepared to ban both Limiter Removal and Power Bond. Tron doesn't actually have much strength when you take away his extra deck cards, as the best he can do is summon 2400 beatsticks whose effects only work against Xyzs. I'm just testing out Quattro and seeing how it goes for now.

So, are people just not interested in the bad character tournaments? I think they're interesting, personally.

Personally I like it because it's random, and I like gambling when the odds are up in the air (I swear it's not an addiction). but My guess is people aren't entering because they want to win tournaments, and in a contest like this, many of the decks in this tournament are not the kind that people who are used to playing competitively would ever either expect to win, or even want to play in a competition. I might be phrasing it wrong, but that's my guess.

This idea sounds interesting, but I get confused at times. No ZEXAL characters, but Quattro? (He is in ZEXAL)

And does Vizor/Antinomy count as Bruno (probably so)?

And no, TGs are not any less of a thing than they ever were. They're not top meta, but they're not bad. They haven't gotten weaker. If you try to make one of the decks for characters you will see just how much power you lose in this format compared to most, and how it's harder to get to bosses, thus making swapping them over even more devastating...

That and in this format, you can't say X is not a thing anymore, as whats good in this format is completely different from the main game,  because in this format you don't have all the current crazy meta decks. Because whats a thing in this format or a thing in another format don't  normally connect with each [if you understood what I said].
