Height

So I'm very tall (6'5") and that comes with many advantages and disdvantages. Finding and reaching things is easier but you get to the point where some things, beds in particular, don't fit or barely fit which is a real nuisance.

How tall are you? Do you wish you were taller, smaller or are you happy the way you are? What do you like and dislike about your height? Is there a height you'd specifically look for in a mate? Discuss every aspect of height.

I'm 6'2.  Honestly, I wish I was an inch or two shorter.  Washing dishes, using the weedeater (I have a straight shaft model for taller people like myself, but still), and things like that give me slight pain in my lower back, and it adds up over time.  A nuisance, really.

I'm relatively tall at 6'3 but weigh a piddling 125 lbs which is not at all proportionate and can be downright creepy. Conversations with women in particular have an extra dimension of awkwardness in that I'm towering over them unless I lean down, which is also problematic in that it's literal condescension and the mutual discomfort is palpable. Basically I avoid talking to people whenever possible, women especially. When I do speak it's with a strained genial affect to compensate for how creepy I feel that I'm pretty sure makes me appear even creepier.

Oh and I'm also more prone to bashing my head against steel objects (particularly dangerous are subways, buses, basements, parking lots, and winding high school staircases that are metal for no reason, I've likely sustained a concussion or two by now from the latter alone).

In summary, height really isn't all it's chalked up to be and I have some pathetic neuroses about it.
