Ryusei the Morning Star
(1) If this card is in your hand: You can target 2 face-up Spell Cards on the field (one on your side of the field and the other on your opponent’s side of the field); banish those cards; Special Summon this card from your hand. Banishes for cost. Converts scales into r4nk. Earth for Natbeast?

Sander
Have they changed how costs work in the wording? It has two semicolons in the monster effect, so that is kinda throwing me off.

Toffee.
So.... This is what Spell Striker looks like, when it's not Super Deformed. K.Effect is cute.
Blake
Checked wiki for refined text. It does NOT banish for a cost, merely targets for one. That said, it is pretty decent removal in a world where Pendulums exist, just a shame it costs your own Pendulums/etc. to do it. Furthermore, I'm disappointed that it ONLY references Striker's SS, but his other two effects are left out in the cold.

玄魔の王
It's kinda cute in its own way. Furthermore, I'm disappointed that it ONLY references Striker's SS, but his other two effects are left out in the cold. I think that might have been overkill. Ryusei the Morning Star
Uh... what? Targeting by default IS a cost. When an effect features a cost, if the timing is correct (up to the colon), the cost is paid and any targeting is done (up to the semicol FromWiki, if they were the same, why have a distinction? Kingdom Xathers
I'm thinking that the second semicolon is more like an "and if you do", since the banishing needs to happen for the Special Summon to occur. If that's the case, why complicate things with a second semicolon?

Blake
I assume Warrior-type?1800/600 Warrior, yes I honestly don't see why it doesn't have the protection for your LP/some sort of direct attack skill. Like, it could have its ATK in MP 1 (or -600) to swing directly during BP, and that would be good given its other effects are good, not too good. Tinkerer
The idea of using this vs. Kozmotown makes me laugh. It could also make an interesting Monarch tech. Banish one of your own spells + your opponents to get tribute fodder. Plus, you can always get your banished spell back later with Edea.

goodfusion
Seeing as Spell Striker is getting a retrain, it would be nice to see Armor Breaker and Card Blocker get similar treatment.
