I think that distinction should be made.And then suddenly the interest fades (unless they get more support to actually make that worthwile potentially drawing these crap cards or not being able to use that dodge effect).Well Ties does exist, so they barely deserve to exist (ties fixes their problem a bit, however they are far too reliant on it to be funny).Interesting that the structure deck themes are "Ties ties the deck", though I must say A B C seems much more interesting for actually being able to do a bit more after relying on getting 1 specific card.Oh well ... and no one shall dare suggest playing left arm offering just to get ties, while ties is necessary for them to play, a -2 is no joke and hardly worth it.
