Dang, this is a pretty big list.  Although... I spy a big, chained up dragon sized elephant in the room.

 

That said, all the top decks got hit and Salads look like they might be nerfed out of T1 status.  Wow..

Opinions on the hits

 

Forbidden:
Eclipse Wyvern-I guess they are allowing REDMD to live another format, the lack of hard OPT makes this a somewhat understandable hit, but its not the route I would have gone.
The Phantom Knights of Rusty Bardiche - Was either this or Mermaid, Usually when 2 cards of the same deck take the spotlight, TCG hits the one OCG didnt (considering worlds are coming it makes sense form that view) Not a fan of this though, would have prefer mirroring the OCG. Card was still a problem and if needed would have like to see fog blade limited rather than this banned.
 
Limited:
Altergeist Multifaker-The deck was already fading out, this is probably more of a way to say its time t move on. Personally I dislike this deck so I wont complain. Thanks Konami.
Black Dragon Collapserpent-Guardragons are allowed to live at the expense of more cards, Ironically, the deck that broke them arent even dragons,but it was just a matter of time.
Salamangreat Gazelle - Mirroring OCG  and lost consistency, nothign to add.
Tempest, Dragon Ruler of Storms - Dont remember why was the only one unbanned, but glad to se they can comback even if little by little.
White Dragon Wyverburster - See Black Dragon
Daigusto Emeral - Didnt see this coming, but since we dont have avarice I will take this.
Salamangreat Circle - This could have gone to semi first, I believe its really close to overkill.
Sky Striker Mecha Modules – Multirole - Warranted, its their SOJ, and maybe they can rest in the tier 2 now (with engage still at 3 doubt it though)
Terraforming - About damn time
Trickstar Light Stage - I will not change my mind that reincarnation needs to be limited, Light stage earned a spot on this list because of more "fair" interactions, its still a solid hit to the engine.
Metaverse - Any less toys Mistic mine has at its disposal is fine by me.
 
Semi-Limited:
Chaos Emperor Dragon – Envoy of the End - No comments
Danger! Nessie!
Danger!? Jackalope? - I guess its a start, but they will need to be limited eventually x 3
Danger!? Tsuchinoko?
Ehther the Heavenly Monarch - Fine I guess, I dont remember what else they still have on the list. But Pantheism should not exist at 3.
Elemental HERO Stratos - How far have we come, dont expect to go higher though, it still lacks a OPT clause.
Inzektor Dragonfly-I guess it has been there too long as well, still dont like the deck but considering how much disruption exists go ahead.
Performage Damage Juggler-A welcomed (expected) surprise
Shurit, Strategist of the Nekroz - The perfect ratio for the card (in the deck I mean)
Royal Tribute - Not a fan of this
 
Newly Unlimited:
Qliphort Scout - Personal Hate for the deck doesnt allow me to approve this, Limited was a punishment at this point, but I would have gone for semi limit (and let it stay there)
Luster Pendulum, the Dracoslayer - With Draco face off still at 1, this is fine
Trishula, Dragon of the Ice Barrier - I hope no one finds a way to Summon 3 (iin a consistent and viable way) ever again
Dark Hole - Interesting
Monster Gate - Cool I guess
Rekindling - Not a SALAD player but can this be used on them? FIRE monsters stats have been taken into account in terms of design because of this.
Super Polymerization - Not a fan of this at 3, 2 was a nice number.
Solemn Judgment - Its a TRAP! (Insert meme)
 
A huge list that addressed many of the issues of the meta, I do think there is going to be one last list (for the nail in the coffin) to rotate (kill) the current decks Saryuya and Collosus missed the list (again) and Malicious is still at 2 :(

Infernoids are gonna be a hell of a lot stronger with this list. and there may be some variants that break into the meta. 

 

construct not moving up after the reprint of shadolls saddens me.

 

PK did not deserve to lose their boss over orcust abusing it. if anything, they should have hit fog blade to 1. 

 

Danger are still going to be a problem as said above. 3 cards gone is not going to stop the deck, and there are approximately 2 dangers that never really got played anyways (moth and dogman) my bet is that 1 of each will be added in and the deck will play as usual.

 

I honestly think sky strikers will do well still, multirole at 1 can still be searched and will likely be recycled somehow. it's a good start, but i don't think it'll do much.

 

I picked up ghost rare solemns when they were cheap for my counter fairies, and now i'm laughing like hell.

 

overall, good list.

I get banning Rusty Bardiche, but it still stings. More frustrated by losing that and getting CED and Trishula back up. At least Stratos is at 2 here, I guess.

 

Luster Pendulum at 3 is fine. Doesn't do too much harm, so no reason to keep that at 2.

Rusty Bardiche is good riddance, for more pure versions of PK this is the hit that hurts the least (Fog to 1 or 1 of the level 3s would hurt them far more).

Altergeist is just a 1-trick pony deck that tries to stun, good riddance on limiting the card that made that too easy.

The Salamangreat hits are kind of severe, reducing the effective limit of copies of Gazelle from 9 to 5 (Gazelle, Circle, Mining).

Metaverse to 1 and Terraforming to 1 also reduce the effective copies of Mystic Mine from 14 to 8 (Traptrick is now effectively at 0, terra, Metaverse, Planet Pathfinder and Mystic Mine itself).

The Danger cards are whatever, there are enough to fill the gaps, only that them hitting themselves is now far less beneficial.

Shurit to 2 is a neat move, Nekroz looks more spicy with that.

Scout to 3 means that Qli is actually playable again (although propably still not too great).

Rekindling is amazing, however we do not have any amazing archtypes that can abuse it (and with it being kind of unsearchable its not good to create large waves with the current cardpool).

Super-Poly to 3 is neat as well, I guess it is time to tech 3 Super-Poly into every deck (with a less strict Extra Deck, like Nekroz) to fuse away large boards.
