Splashable neutral cost tutors are not balanced.

And is Flare ok or what?

Widgets feel a bit too samey.
Pot of Gust is broken.
I really, really don't like Law Abiding Ninjas. It manages to be an annoying combo of effective stall and effective OTK, without bringing anything to the game.

Otherwise, I can stomach them.

Pot of Gust is now slightly less broken. Slightly.

Note to everyone posting in the LCCG thread. Stop it. If anyone actually decides to go to a CCG with a card pool like that, they really aren't the members we want. We're looking for people that can actually tell what a playable format is, and that can hopefully help produce one.

Reaper Rabbit is the sort of Monster removal I'd consider as too powerful with the new guideline we made.
