Cannot be used as a Fusion Material Monster. Must first be Special Summoned (from your Extra Deck) by banishing the above cards from either side of the field. (You do not use "Polymerization".) This card gains 500 ATK for each Fusion monster in either player's graveyard or banished zone. Effects of monsters cannot activate during either player's battle phase.

- You can Banish this card in your Graveyard to Target 1 "Fishborg" monster in your Graveyard; Special Summon it, It's effects and conditions are Negated.

- If you control a "Fishborg" monster: You can send 1 card in you control to the Graveyard, except a "Fishborg" monster; Special Summon this Banished card

 

Bullet Hell (Must be a Quick-play Spell card that Can activate with a Level 5+ monster(Other restrictions are allowed, but make sure it works with The Above card I requested), It must destroy a minimum of 3 cards, but a Nuke is preferred)

Effect: Target 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control; send up to 2 monsters with the same name as that target from your Deck to the Graveyard and destroy that target. Then, if the targeted monster is destroyed and sent to the Graveyard: Target cards on the field equal to the number of cards with the same name as the destroyed monster; destroy those targets. You cannot Special Summon any monsters until the end of your opponent 3rd turn after this card's activation.

 

I assume you were refering to your "Shinki, Avatar of Makai"; Since that card benefits from being in the Graveyard, this card helps getting them in the Graveyard. Also, the effect does not necessarily destroy 3 cards on the field, but it probably will in most cases. The restriction after this card's activation might be a bit harsh; but it supposed to limit the advantage its creates a little bit.

Right card, but I did not mean to directly Support it, I meant if you made further Restriction for it, Make sure it was a Valid Target

If this card is Synchro Summoned: you can draw 1 card, and if you do, place 1 Machine-Type or Fish-Type monster from your Deck on top of your Deck. Once per turn, you can Tribute 1 Level 5 or higher monster you control: Special Summon 1 "Fishborg" monster from your Deck and 1 of your banished "Fishborg" monsters. Create a level 8 WATER Synchro. (There is a lack of them so why not.)
