Once per turn, during either player's Main Phase: The turn player can pay 1000 LP, then activate 1 of these effects. Cards and effects cannot be activated in response to this effect's activation. ● Draw 1 card. ● Destroy this card. ● Your opponent gains 1000 LP. So, I just realized this says no damage, not "no battle damage". So what you're telling me is... Of course, you can yell and call em chicken for doing so. if they pop it you still got a draw and you both lost 1K, which is usually better than upstart, and you hopefully have backup. You draw once more next turn and the entire thing resets. They popped it? You just dug further into your deck and burned each player for 1k. It's not perfectly symmetrical, even if it looks like it.
