The Highlander
>Level 6>Majespecter high scale is 5 well okay thenYou can always tribute summon it as it returns to the hand anyways and if you really want to pendulum summon this card (though not necessary) you can add dragonpit magician or eccentric archfiend to your deck. Blake
I mean, it doesn't bounce pendulum scales. It's pretty terrible, tbh. This is a control pendulum deck, and this clears the board you use TO control. It's counterproductive removal that costs at least 2 Majespecters to be efficient, and is gone if it gets destroyed/sacked. Only thing that can save it is high ATK, but that seems unlikely. (GigaDrillBreaker)
And how again, Black, do you expect this to be destroyed?
VCR_CAT
...You're not exactly tributing for something without protection. Protection against targeting AND destruction makes for a very deadly combo, and if the stats are anything good, then this card is going to be one tough customer to deal with. Not to mention the bounce effect; I seriously would not discount this card simply because it bounces your own monster as a "cost". Control isn't just a game of keeping a lot of monsters on the board; all they need to do is make sure they have the advantage, and seeing as this card has a built-in Compulse with some serious protection, I would not take it so lightly. Cosmo.
I'm loving Majespecters more and more each card revealed, can't wait 'til they get released in TCG, definitely gonna build them IRL. This card is basically an hard to destroy Compulsory. BTW in what set are these coming?
(GigaDrillBreaker)
The way this card is properly used, in my opinion, is as yet another form of removal for Magispecters. It can bounce itself, and you can repeatedly tribute the same monster you are pendulum summoning each turn. This is reusable, powerful removal. It can't be targeted or destroyed by your opponent's card effects, and if they summon a monster with more ATK, you just bounce it and Unicorn. The card is incredible, and fits quite well into the Magispecter playstyle.

The card is incredible, and fits quite well into the Magispecter playstyle.Precisely, this card saves itself by bouncing itself and removes possible threats (also it becomes the nightmare of extra deck reliant players (not counting pendulums or ritual beasts)), already has a superior protection in the form of preventing the opponent from destroying him or even targeting him, and if he summons something bigger it can return itself with that monster anyways, not to mention that if you are really able to tribute your majespecters and thus moving tjhem back to the extra deck you can summon them again next turn, without using the majespecter spells/traps, so even if the opponent does not want to allow his opponent to keep pendulum summoning one of them this monster appears, can bounce any monster/potential wall against direct attacks and setup another majespecter. All in all a very powerful addition to the deck. Althemia
tbh I think the part that makes this truly playable is that it's a Pendulum on top of everything else. If it wasn't flexible in it's useage as either a boss monster or a scale, then it would probably end up going down the same road as the Igknights boss monsters that are just not played. Also thankfully the archetype is a lot more based around this card than the Igknights were around their respective bosses. Card seems crazy good anyway. Ryusei the Morning Star
Play Eccentric Archfiend. Great monster and pendulum effects. Scale 7. Everyone is happy!! Cosmo.
So basically if we also play eccentric archfiend, we have an easy to summon compulsory device with multiple uses... And you can then use archfiend to pop spells...

The Warden
I wonder if you could create a Dark Simorgh deck with these guys, Armageddon Knight, and Archfiend Heiress (for searching of Eccentric Archfiend). Would be gimmicky, but it might be possible. Dark Simorgh could lockdown traps while the Magespecter S/T deal with monsters.

Shaddolls got Arma and Math limited for us so that won't work. Lavaval Chain may work however. It's not uncommon to see 2-3 E-Arch between the main and side in OCG decks JS
The Warden
Well, I'm just thinking of maybe Arm Knight and 1 TGU + 2-3 Heiress and 2-3 Eccentrics, alongside about 1-2 Dark Simorghs. Magespecter backrow only hits monster cards, so Dark Simorgh can help by blocking those ever pesky traps. Plus, you could somewhat easily make Leviair to get back whatever Magespecter you banished for D-Simorgh. Honestly you could possibly combo them with Shaddolls themselves for the DARK. It's just such a pity Wendigo sucks.
evil cucumber
omg that protection eff. If all Magis have that clause then i think Memory Loss would be a good substitute for Fiendish/BtS...maybe?
Flash Flyer - Sakura
omg that protection eff. If all Magis have that clause then i think Memory Loss would be a good substitute for Fiendish/BtS...maybe?All of the existing members have that protection (can't die to / be targeted by card effects). ---Anyway, bouncing stuff for free is always nice, especially since you can just recur it later on (or right after you do it).Like always, being immune to common removal is nice (though we'll have to see how powerful this card is stat-wise). Hopefully it's in the 2K mark or something for ATK.For now, I'll assume that is the case, however we'll probably see its actual stats in a couple weeks or something. P-Summoning wise, it's out of the bounds of the Archetype, but Eccentric's nice in there to pull it off. (Majespecters are going to be fun to play with once released) I'm loving Majespecters more and more each card revealed, can't wait 'til they get released in TCG, definitely gonna build them IRL. This card is basically an hard to destroy Compulsory. BTW in what set are these coming? Majespecters will appear in Dimension of Chaos (which is the pack people are posting leaks of), which should be released in about a month or so.As for TCG, should be mid/late November 2015.
