Azuh
Infernoids? I dont know really Weird thing about this card is that it recycles itself if it is the lowest level monster
The Highlander
Too slow and reliant on the opponent to be effective ... too bad, I initially assumed we would get raccoon support.
Atypical-Abbie
Interesting, can recycle itself forever, and works well with Level 1-2 decks. You could CotH the card if destroyed by a card effect, then grab something of a higher Level, but that seems a bit gimmicky, probably best to keep it for low Level decks, though the card does encourage high Levels with the other effect, which means you can experiment with it. Neat little thing really, but it isn't competitive as it's pretty slow.
The Nyx Avatar
Pack filter! Anywho: the send effect's likely too slow for Infernoid or Lightsworn's liking. Though, the last effect is cute. But hypothetically: What Deck would run this?

~British Soul~
#PackFillerIt's too slow to be effective, and it relies on your opponent.
Slinky
Oh sheet, the first effect isnt opt. activate as many times as you'd like during the standby phase
The Warden
So, monster mash? It could make this card stupidly powerful.
Jord200
It is interesting. Plus it is fodder for Number 64.
Hexanort
holy crap no opt on the mill? this could be deadly in monster mash....even with only 2000 cost, and getting 4 level 4, its already a 4000 atk, not to mention if something like sephylon get milled... oh standby only.....this is hard.... well at least it can fetch thing like battle fader, or lv 1 tuner....better try it first.... 玄魔の王
So this thing's name is a pun on Recover. Not bad Konami. Effect could be better though.
Tinkerer
Oh huh. I can break out my god-awful level 8+ monster-heavy deck featuring Marmiting Captain, many recovery traps, and now this. Honestly though, unless you can utilize all its effects together, it's pretty much outclassed in each individual effects. There are better/faster Millers, recovery cards are usually better than opponent-triggered level 1/2 recovery, and it has no protection considering it can become a decent sized beater. ...So unless a deck could utilize all 3 of those effects together... ...alternatively, it is a nice way to get back a used Kinka-Byo
Toffee.
I missed the Standby Phase part-Yea, I'll pass.
Blake
The fact that the ATK/DEF gain stacks and isn't just for the single thing you milled + you can mill as much as you want... It's slow, but it's definitely not pack filler or "filter". Sleeper card tbh

Spinny
It almost seems like a king fu panda reference to me.Love pandas so I love the card tho.The fact that the ATK/DEF gain stacks and isn't just for the single thing you milled + you can mill as much as you want... The Nyx Avatar
It's a Red Panda, not a Tanuki. Related to raccoons, weasels, etc.True; if I remember well, it was initially considered a panda, simce they looked similar. Though, later research showed that they're not really the same species. Also: Any scenario in which you could use this card effectively. All I've got at the moment is Special Summoning this card via Call of the Haunted during your opponent's turn/End Phase. All I've got at the moment is Special Summoning this card via Call of the Haunted during your opponent's turn/End Phase.you normal summon it during their standby phase, you pay X times 500, then mill X. Obviously you can't do it all as one activation, but you can do it over and over, and paying 5000 mills 10 and gives it a lot of value. Doesn't even seem like a bad infernoid card tbh
Ryusei the Morning Star
Since it's not OPT, and it's during either player's SP, you could mill like 10 infernoids, and tribute it away too if you wanna save yourself from damage
The Highlander
Well I guess I have to revise my statement, considering it can be used during the opponents turn, let alone I forgot it does not have an opt clause. Still it requires defensive cards considering removing it is hardly difficult, but paying half your life points to almost get a double needlebug nest is not bad if one can pull through the next turn ... then again waboku, e-turtle etc suffice to make up for that and battles should not be that easy to use to remove this card if one gets many mills. Sounds like a funny tool for my pure Phantom Knight deck.
