Even if Solemn Wishes healed for 500 per card drawn, you're not going to heal enough to make enough of a difference to justify running it. You need to out-heal boards that can toss between a few thousand and most of your starting Life Points for it to be on par with the likes of T-Roar for keeping you alive a turn.
