Thanks a lot @Tythe Scora, it means a lot to me. I just haven’t really seen any Spirit Monsters with effects that activate when sent back to the hand

When a Non-WIND Monster‘s Effect is activated, negate it & destroy it, destroy all Spell Cards on the Field (Face Up or Face Down). If you do, banish all Spell Cards in each Players’ GYs.

I don't know why you'd need something this anti-Toon, but there you go.

(This is treated as a Synchro Summon.) Ok, clearly you don’t know how this game works. So I’ll explain them to you.

• When it’s a fusion monster, you must say what materials are needed to fusion summon it along with its effect. (Example: “Rune-Eyes Pendulum Dragon” + “Frightfur Bear”.)

• It’s a fusion of rune eyes and Frightfur bear, so it should have a effect to equip the destroyed monster and either gain ATK equal to the equipped monster or the opponent loses LP (Life Points) equal to it’s ATK.

• Since it’s a Dragon Fusion, it’s Type WOULD BE “Dragon/Winged-Beast/Pendulum/Effect”.

• It should have a GY (Graveyard) effect.

Sorry for the outburst, I was only trying to lay out the rules for the visitor, so I’ll do the card to make up for it.

This monster gains 100 ATK for each Psychic-Type monster on the Field & in the GY.

Pendulum Effect

If a monster effect is activated, negate it. If you do, you can Special Summon this card as a Synchro Monster & it gains 2500 ATK. This card can also attack directly when you control another Psychic-Type Monster if this card was summoned this way.

When a level 10 or lower Machine-Type Monster is Synchro Summoned, it cannot be destroyed by battle & cannot be targeted by card effects. It also gains ATK equal to the combined ATK of its Synchro Material & you can banish the used Synchro Material to increase the targeted Synchro Monster’s ATK equal to its original ATK.

I am going to try to not make this broken, but still usable. Will it work? Not likely, but it's worth a shot.

Ultimate Xyz Pendulum Sage Synchron

LIGHT Level 12

Spellcaster/Ritual/Effect

(This card is also treated as a Warrior-type monster). You can Ritual Summon this card using "Awakening of the Ultimate Sage". This card cannot be targeted by card effects. Once per turn (Quick Effect), you can activate one of these effects, based on the Materials used for the Ritual Summon of this monster:

  • Fusion: Target one monster on the field or hand, it is treated as a tuner monster until the end of this turn, and if you do, Synchro Summon one monster from the Extra Deck using monsters you control or in your hand as Synchro Material, but it cannot attack this turn.
  • Synchro: Special Summon one monster from your deck or GY with the same level as a card on the field and then, immediately after this effect resolves: Xyz summon one monster from the Extra Deck, using monsters you control as Material, but its effects are negated, until the end of this turn.
  • Xyz: Set two monsters on the Pendulum Scale from your hand or GY, then Pendulum Summon as many Pendulum Monsters in the Extra Deck as possible, but they are banished if they leave the field this turn.

You can use this card to Ritual Summon "Ultimare Xyz Pendulum Sage Synchron". You must also send monsters from the field or Extra Deck to the GY whose combined levels/ranks/link ratings are greater than or equal to 12. If this card is in your GY a Ritual Monster you control is destroyed by battle or card effect, you can banish this card: return that Ritual Monster to the deck, and if you do, draw 1 card.

I don't think that I accomplished my goal looking back. Anyway,

I'd like to do Aromage Citrus, but I don't wanna break Konami's setup, so I guess I'll do Warrior's Courage. 😛
