Scrambled. I have perfected the method to cook three eggs scrambled in a skillet without them losing any moisture. It's glorious.

 

Omelettes are also good. I have trouble cooking those, though. I never get the flip perfectly right.

Sunny side-up when lazy, scrambled when hungry, and boiled if I need to insert it in some kinda food, like for instance Udon to get a creamier texture.

 

Agreed on boiled. Spinach salad with boiled eggs, bacon, walnuts, and celery with Greek dressing is SEX.
