mshends
Level 1 LIGHT Spellcaster-Type Tuner Effect MonsterATK 0DEF 0During either player's turn, when a card or effect is activated that targets this face-up card: You can send 1 Effect Monster you control to the Graveyard; add up to 2 "Blue-Eyes" monsters with different names from your Deck to your hand. If this card is in your Graveyard: You can target 1 "Blue-Eyes" monster you control; shuffle it into the Deck, and if you do, Special Summon this card. You can only use 1 "Priestess with Eyes of Blue" effect per turn, and only once that turn.
Hallohallo
So, Blue-Eyes officially became an archetype. I wanted it to stay as a series.
Thomas★Zero
Makes me think if from this, its hinting Kaiba will have a Blue-Eyes Archetype deck for the 2016 movie
White Void
This kind of more or less confirms that the OCG DM Legacy Support for Shining Victories is going to be Blue-Eyes related.
~British Soul~
If the legacy support series for Shining Victories is Blue-Eyes, I wouldn't have a problem with that at all.

Azuh
Well the only Blue Eyes monsters with different names we have are only White Dragon, Malefic and Shining. So I'm assuming were getting more
Sleepy
I like how for once I wouldn't need to wait to draw Shining Dragon if I ever want to make the deck for shizz and giggles.I'd like to see a re-train of that card, actually... Valkyrus
Not sure where they are going with this for now but I like it. Being a level 1 Spellcaster Tuner makes it very flexible. However, that goes for maiden as well. This one helps with the consistency, while maiden helps for more aggro plays.daaaaamn, those child-bearing hips though! That's some prime wife material right there.
~British Soul~
Y'know, even though we're thinking that Shining Victories will have Blue-Eyes legacy support, I've seen someone say. "It's a promo. That doesn't mean Blue-Eyes is gonna get support." On one hand, they have a point because of the "up to 2" clause, on the other, I don't think Konami would've put that if they weren't intending to print more support in the future. Ryusei the Morning Star
Blue Eyes Shining support would be nice! The card is amazing, it just needs an ISC card like Beatrice Well the only Blue Eyes monsters with different names we have are only White Dragon, Malefic and Shining. So I'm assuming were getting moreToon?
goodfusion
I honestly really, really hope Blue-Eyes isn't the retro support theme for Shining Victories. Because I want Relinquished support, and surely Blue-Eyes can just wait until Darkside of Dimensions is released or about to be released?
Yellow Jacket
[spoiler=Speculation on Shining Victories legacy support]I'm thinking that if Blue-Eyes does indeed get new support then that also means we'll get a new retrained White Dragon. We might also get some spell card that targets so Maiden and Priestess can get their effects off. And with a booster pack by the name of SHINING victories, maybe we'll see a retrain of Shining Dragon? And I doubt Kaiba will use this. Its a Tuner and as far as I'm concerned Tuners and Synchros are not in his time.

Lizardonx
The least they could have done was make maiden with eyes of blue a valid target for the second effect.

Tinkerer
...So now I can have more consistency with my Blue and Red-Eyes Buster Blader.dek? Also, now that makes 3 cards that can be targeted to help Blue-eyes: This, Maiden, and Hieratic Dragon of Nuit Also also, why am I getting an Alexis Rhodes vibe from this card. Maybe it's the White and Blue dress...

Ryusei the Morning Star
here: http://forum.yugiohcardmaker.net/topic/342755-move-over-ddd-red-blue-eyed-dragon-destroyer-casual/ (hooray for shameless topic advertising)Your lack of faith in Trishula in a deck that can easily summon it bothers me greatly :3 Seems neat af tho, might look into Dragons once the new SD comes out This card will shine in Spellbooks, if only they had an easy way to tool it out. For one it's easy discard fodder with BEWD so you can justify running card like PWWB again. Also it puts a spellcaster on the field and can lv8 synchro with Junon. Spellbook of Judgment, why could you not be just a little more balanced and not banned :/
GarlandChaos
daaaaamn, those child-bearing hips though! That's some prime wife material right there. This literally made me do a double-take on this card's artwork. On-Topic: I honestly am debating whether this thing or Maiden is better. Priestess adds 2 Blue-Eyes to hand, but Maiden flat-out summons 1. I'm probably missing out on something key here, but I honestly still think Maiden is better. Maiden still is better because Priestess forces you to add 2 "Blue-Eyes" monsters with different names Unless you're playing some sort of weird Malefic build, there really isn't much of a choice to use this
Draconus297
Looks like I'll have 2 separate Dragon builds up post-Shining Victory: my current R4/7 Synch7/8 setup, and whatever Blue-Eyes support drops in that pack.
