TF2_The_Scout
I really hate Tellarknights. I've never liked them. "Oh my god! He normal summoned a level 4 monster. Give him a bunch of rank 4 monsters that generate huge advantage."

Simping For Hina
I don't know anything about YGO, so I'll go with MtG. I hate Bogles simply because they are a meta deck that is good against almost any deck I am spectacular with.
Βyakuya
Sacksworns. The pieces of the engine have some uses for decks like Infernoids, but the whole deck is just: I pay half my deck to summon 3 JD in a turn. Even when Dragon Rulers died I still despised them. vla1ne
I don't like pendulum in general (not hate, but i just don't like them all that much) and the archetype that symbolizes this the most so far was igknights. not hard to beat, but just the way they work disgusts me. set scales, blow them up, set scales, blow them up... continue until you can drop a field and go for an OTK. the entire deck is essentially one effect on multiple different monster levels. LordCowCowCowCowCowCowCowCow
Eh I think all archetypes have their place in media, I don't really hate any of them as long as that's not all a character is. Though even if it is, if its the right kind of show/game/etc I can let it pass. Particularly comedy. Because they can be entertaining. But archetypes can often be a good base for a character if you let it grow and....Oh wait. Not that kind?lolplaywhatyouwannaplay

Yui
It's no secret that I hate more or less every LIGHT archetype ever. I used to like Lightsworns once upon a time, but this was also when I thought edgelord characters that had snowflakey powers and retrospectively horrible personalities and backstories were cool to RP. PSYFrames are a guilty pleasure admittedly, but that doesn't mean I particularly like them. Those aside, there are three decks in particular that I really can't stand. In order of how much I hate them, there's Raidraptors, Qliphorts and Infernoids. I've never made any effort to hide that I really, really don't like the xyz mechanic. The only xyz I ever use are splashable R4s, and a copy each of Nova & Infinity in my zombie deck. Arc-V saw me adopt the term "xyz scum" as if it were my own child. And the best representative for the term as far as characters go (and by far my least favorite in the show) was and will always be Shun. Shun is at least 40% of the reason I have such strong feelings about Raidraptors, and the other 60 is distributed among "Their name implies Dinosaur, their appearance Machine, but they're actually Winged Beast", "They're just Blackwings (another deck I loathe) for xyz", and "I mostly play Superheavy and have a sheet matchup". Qliphorts left a very bad taste in my mouth after they first hit the game, with Scout and Saqlifice both at three. Now with Towers Turbo, we have a 3-tribute summon whose recurring tribute materials funk up your field on being tributed, and presuming you have Monolith up, you more or less get a Pot of Greed on each End Phase. And that's before going over Towers itself.RIP Qliphort. May it burn in hell for all eternity like it deserves to. As for Infernoids, I find their art, lore, and playstyle all unappealing and they're just simply not fun to go up against. I'd go on about these like the above two, but at this point I just want to finish typing, call this post done, and go play some League. So there you have it. Flash Flyer - Sakura
At present, I don't really care for new era Monarchs, especially given the Field Spell (which is a black eye for most ED decks, and that's about a lot of stuff) and Pantheism (does too much as-is; should've been limited to hard OPT on both effects). Not really fond of Entermate/Performapal, but that's more/less due to my feelings on Yuya part of the time.(That, and how many times it popped up on those Japan lists, although in conjunction with Mages as EmEm [i'm not using the TCG one]) I'm trying them out on the side though, in case I'm forced to play it IRL. (At present, most of the parts are fairly cheap) ---I know I mentioned Qlis in that other thread; may need to reconsider opinion now that Towers is gone, and we have Skybase/Kernel as a replacement. May be the same, but maybe it won't.

宇佐見 蓮子@C94
PSYframes are horribly designed as an archetype. They are based entirely around making your opponent unable to play yugioh, but is ironically countered by just playing normally. It's a shame because with a more stable and consistent playstyle that isnt reliant on one or two cards, due to the pool of Synchros they have, they'd be really good. Also a sidenote, non-synchro PSYframe art sucks balls.

Anyway, I don't really dislike any archetypes that much but I have only ever enjoyed 1 or 2 games I have played against Infernoids.

Trebuchet MS
@Tyretian Come back after you, say, defeat Majespecters with them. Speaking of that, Majespecters. Let's take the concept of Pendulum monsters with innate protection from Qliphorts, amp it up to high heavens so that they can't be answered by at least 80% of all card effects, and then supply them with a searchable backrow suite that lets them answer a lot of things. Oh, don't worry, the backrow requires that you need to Tribute these monsters - you know, the ones that can be spammed to hell and back with the Pendulum mechanic. #Balanced

They have a hard time trying to set up a proper scale sometimes, so if they don't often get spell searches, battling them gets over Tempest, and then you can swarm your field. And not to mention they die too a crapton of side cards that are immeasurable in number of ways to counter them past Game 1.
