Funny thing; I already made a card with this art:

 

 

Pendulum Effect:While you control no monsters: You can Special Summon this card from your Pendulum Zone. Once per turn: You can draw 1 card, and if it is a Fairy-Type monster: You can Special Summon it, otherwise banish it.

 

LORE:A graceful and powerful Valkyrie that calls upon the aid of other Valkyries in battle.

Pendulum Effect:Once per turn: You can increase both player's Life Points by 1000, and if you do, both players can draw 1 card.

 

Monster Effect:1 LIGHT Tuner + 1 or more non-Tuner LIGHT monsters

This card is unaffected by the effects of Special Summoned monsters. If this card battles a Special Summoned monster: This card gains 1000 ATK until the end of the Damage Step. This card is unaffected by the effects of Tribute Summoned monsters. Cannot be destroyed by battle by Normal Summoned monsters. During your Main Phase: You can place this card in an empty Pendulum Card Zone.

Also, shuffle the rest into the Deck. When this card is destroyed by battle: The monster that destroyed it loses 1000 ATK and DEF.
